Where To Find The Hopeforest Portal Stones In Brighter Shores

In contrast to Hopeport, there are two portals found in Episode Two of Brighter Shores. One is situated within the Hopeforest Central Portal Stone region, while the second one resides in the Hopeforest North Portal Stone area.

Hopeforest Central Portal Stone Location

To find the initial portal, make your way from the Road to Hopeport district, a place you likely know if you’ve progressed to the second episode. From there, proceed to Forest Clearing. Follow the trail leading northeast towards Forest Path and continue moving east until you reach Central Crossroads. Here, a massive Thicket stands in the center, a landmark that’s also useful for locating the second portal. Head south to Ivy Path, then take the eastern path – voila! The first portal of Hopeforest will be right there.

The Trail through the Woods teems with Rogues (street thieves), who will assault if you venture too near, so keep your weapons at the ready. Fortunately, items amassed in Port Hope are functional here as well, alleviating any issues. This area is brimming with adversaries due to its proximity to the Goblin Encampment, where you’ll find a Hopeforest Monument and many goblins to engage.

Hopeforest North Portal Stone Location

To access the second portal (Hopeforest North Portal Stone), you’ll first need to complete the Forgotten Things side quest and defeat the level 60 boss, Scaramdar. This quest is quite long, but it unlocks the full north side of the map, including the area beyond Treeway Clearing. To find the second portal, keep moving north from Central Crossroads straight up to Road to Nowhere Much and turn right.
