As an avid gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the resurgence of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered has brought back fond memories and ignited a sense of nostalgia I didn’t know I missed.
In 2016, when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered was launched, it boasted a robust community of approximately 6,000 players. As excitement waned over time, just a handful of dedicated fans persisted in maintaining an active player base.
Fortunately, fans of this particular Call of Duty edition are in luck, as the game has seen a significant resurgence in popularity lately, mainly because of the imminent and eagerly awaited release of an exciting new mod.
Over the past thirty days, the player count nearly reached 2,000, setting a new all-time high since December 2016.
An Unlikely Return To Form From An FPS Great
The latest H2M modification is built upon the foundation of “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.” This intriguing modification aims to significantly enhance the multiplayer experience originally found in “Modern Warfare 2.”

Although we arguably have much better shooters nowadays, you can’t beat a hearty dose of nostalgia.
