During the Capcom Spotlight stream today, the publisher announced its next fighting game
The appropriately named Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is set to debut on consoles and PCs on May 16th.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 Houses Eight Fan-Favorite Games
The eight games included are:
- Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER
- Project Justice
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
Capcom isn’t just bundling these games and calling it a day, as there are new features too.

- A Museum’s Worth of Content – Explore art and music galleries with official art, concept art, design documents, and more never-before-seen content.
- Customize Your Experience – Fine-tune specific features of your gameplay experience via EX Settings specialized to each game, various Display Filters, button customization, and more.
- Need a Snack Break? – Mid-game saves have now been added!
- Additional Updates – Various gameplay balance adjustments and quality of life improvements across all eight games.
Pre-ordering the game gives you exclusive access to remixed tracks from Soy Sauce for Geese and Rival Schools Medley by CAP-JAMS, which can be played in the game’s Museum. Additionally, a small number of physical copies come with an original Capcom vs. SNK comic.
If it’s anything like the first collection, fighting game fans are in for a treat.
On May 16, 2025, the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is set to launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms. However, it’s important to note that while PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players can enjoy the game via backward compatibility, there are no specifically designed versions for these consoles.
