Over its first three days in North America, this blockbuster brought in an impressive $88 million. The numbers break down as follows: $12 million from Thursday previews, $28 million on Friday, and a strong weekend total of $56.5 million (split between $27.5 million on Saturday and $21 million on Sunday).
