CarX Street: Best C1 Cars, Ranked

As a seasoned player of CarX Street, I can wholeheartedly attest to the thrill and challenge that this game offers. The progression system is commendable, especially for those who enjoy grinding their way to the top, but it’s also the root of a dilemma – the risky business of investing in a car without a test drive first.

Although CarX Street has its imperfections, it offers an engaging progression system that caters to those who enjoy accumulating new vehicles. However, the lack of a trial period before making a purchase can be risky, especially when all your earnings are on the line. This issue is particularly noticeable in the C1 class, where players’ limited funds and lack of spare cars make a poor choice potentially costly.

5 M36

Budget Pick

In the beginning stages of the game, where players often find themselves short on funds, possessing two distinct vehicles – one for drifting competitions and one for racing events – can be financially burdensome. Instead, choosing a reliable Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) vehicle offers them the optimal combination of both experiences.

Essentially, the M36 is like a 1996 BMW M3, offering an affordable Rear-Wheel Drive option for those who can’t afford the swifter C1 models yet crave something competitive on the track. It excels in drifting and racing events and boasts numerous customization possibilities, making it a sound investment.

4 30Z

Jaw-Droppingly Beautiful

The C1 class is filled with classic cars, and the 30Z is no different. This rebrand of the 1994 Nissan 300ZX gives players the option to get a RWD, two-door JDM that drifts as well as it looks. Even though it performs worse than the slightly expensive S18, the 30Z is a good option for players who are on a budget, and for fans of the car who don’t care for the stats and only want to own the 300ZX.

The 30Z isn’t just visually captivating, it’s also an exceptional ally for races and drifting activities. Moreover, with some enhancements and personal touches, owning the 30Z becomes less about making a good decision and more about embracing your love for cars.

3 G86

Insane Potential

Under the name that’s remarkably similar to its actual equivalent, CarX Street‘s G86 model draws significant influence from the Toyota GT86. This vehicle, featuring two doors and rear-wheel drive, boasts a more potent engine than the S18, yet it lags behind by a full second in acceleration performance.

Among the cars purchasable with in-game currency, the G86 stands out as the priciest option for players, yet it doesn’t initially boast a powerful performance. However, this vehicle offers exceptional upgrade possibilities, making it an ideal choice if you aim to excel in multiple classes using just one car, investing in its mastery and upgrades accordingly.

The striking appearance and commanding presence of the G86 on the highway already justifies an investment. However, when enthusiasts equip it with a wide-body kit and apply unique color schemes to its frame, the allure of what seemed like a costly vehicle becomes even more appealing, effectively doubling its attraction.

2 S18

King Of C1 JDM Cars

The vehicle model S18, which is based on Nissan’s 180SX design, is a rear-wheel drive car that players must work their way up to level 4 in the game before they can afford to purchase it with their accumulated earnings.

As a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) vehicle, enthusiasts often find themselves with a car that excels at activities generally considered to be against the law, such as drifting smoothly, customizing with eye-catching body modifications, and applying chrome paint so brightly that onlookers may momentarily lose their sight due to the glare.

The S18 offers quite good performance specifications, and for its price, it delivers almost all the features you’d expect. This car can participate in and triumph at drift competitions due to its Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD), while it holds its own in races thanks to acceleration that is just 0.2 seconds slower than an All-Wheel Drive (AWD) SFR, making it nearly as fast.

1 SFR

The All-Wheel Beast

Since it’s the sole All-Wheel Drive (AWD) model in the C1 car category up for sale, it’s not surprising that the SFR is found towards the end of the C1 list, just before the C2 class starts. Thanks to its AWD feature, this vehicle is agile, responsive, and ideal for racing events. With a bit of customization, players can almost certainly triumph in most race competitions with this car. However, it’s unfortunate that the very AWD system which makes the SFR a strong racer, makes it less suitable for drifting events. The added traction from powering all four wheels prevents players from maintaining and linking drifts effectively.

The Sports Adventure Vehicle (SAV) is essentially a revamped version of the Subaru Forester, not known for its striking aesthetics initially, but offers ample customization options that allow individuals to personalize their vehicle, such as installing a spoiler or changing the paint job, to give it a unique and eye-catching appearance.
