However, note that this specific ending of Cabin Fever won’t be achievable in Avowed if you had previously encountered and eliminated Tazaraak, the friendly xaurip leader near Dehengen’s cabin.
In the conventional sense, there’s no pronounced romantic involvement within the storyline. Nevertheless, you can engage in flirtatious banter with different party members throughout the game. However, these interactions don’t lead to any romantic progression during your adventure. Yet, towards the end of your journey, a romance with Kai can be established, and here’s how:

In Avowed, to modify your character’s appearance, navigate to the Inventory menu first. Inside this, explore the list of items at your disposal. You can alter only Armor and Clothing, so concentrate on those categories. Move your cursor over an item, then either click the Right Trigger to Equip it or the Left Trigger to use its visuals (Transmogrify).
