A great conclusion for Cabin Fever is to persuade Dehengen to spend time with the xaurip who appears to be her other half – remember to select the “Spend time with the xaurip. It might just lead you to peace.” dialogue option when it becomes available. However, note that this specific ending of Cabin Fever won’t be achievable in Avowed if you had previously encountered and eliminated Tazaraak, the friendly xaurip leader near Dehengen’s cabin.

In the conventional sense, there’s no pronounced romantic involvement within the storyline. Nevertheless, you can engage in flirtatious banter with different party members throughout the game. However, these interactions don’t lead to any romantic progression during your adventure. Yet, towards the end of your journey, a romance with Kai can be established, and here’s how:

1. Build a strong friendship with Kai by completing her personal quests and engaging in dialogues that strengthen your bond.
2. Show affection for Kai through dialogue choices that express your feelings for her.
3. During key moments, choose options that demonstrate your romantic interest in Kai.
4. At the end of the game, when prompted to make a decision about your relationship with Kai, choose the option to pursue a romantic relationship.
5. Follow any additional requirements or steps as they arise to ensure a successful romance with Kai.

In Avowed, to modify your character’s appearance, navigate to the Inventory menu first. Inside this, explore the list of items at your disposal. You can alter only Armor and Clothing, so concentrate on those categories. Move your cursor over an item, then either click the Right Trigger to Equip it or the Left Trigger to use its visuals (Transmogrify). Remember, the column to the left of the items is crucial as it will display a diamond icon for any currently equipped items and an eye icon for those contributing to your appearance through transmogrification. This image above highlights this important area.

The developers of “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2” chose to create it as a separate game, aiming to attract more new players than the original did. However, though independent, “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2” is indeed a sequel in terms of its storyline. As an enthusiastic gamer, I’d like to share some insights about the PC port of Avowed based on my early access, pre-release version. Upon booting up the game on PC, it displays a shaders loading screen. Interestingly, on my Steam Deck, this screen appeared during every startup, but only the first one took a noticeable amount of time. Subsequent boots, however, showed this screen for less than half a minute.

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, it’s possible to quickly move between identified spots. As you traverse the realm of Bohemia in KCD2, you’ll uncover key locations such as towns and villages. Unveiling these significant locations will grant you access to quick travel points within those areas. These quick travel points are indicated on the map by a blue icon.
