Mega Raids were introduced to Pokémon GO in late summer 2020 and quickly became a regular part of the game’s raid schedule. These battles feature Pokémon that have Mega Evolved, making them challenging—usually at least Tier-4 difficulty—and best suited for experienced players. Unlike standard raids, Mega Raids offer better rewards, including the chance to obtain Pokémon that can Mega Evolve and add them to your team.

Originally announced in 2022, the release of Replaced has been delayed several times. After initially aiming for a 2022 launch, the game was pushed to 2023, then to 2024, with developer Sad Cat Studios explaining they wanted to ensure the quality of their first game. Further delays followed, and in August 2025, a Spring 2026 release was targeted. Finally, in December 2025, a firm release date of March 12, 2026, was announced.
The upcoming Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced remake managed to avoid a recent round of cancellations at Ubisoft, likely due to strong fan interest and positive early feedback. Unfortunately, several other projects weren’t so lucky. These canceled games include the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, as well as projects known as Aether, Pathfinder, and Crest. Ubisoft also scrapped Assassin’s Creed Singularity (an unreleased title) and ended support for Assassin’s Creed Rebellion, a mobile game.
Exclusive games aren’t new – when Nintendo, Atari, Sega, Sony, and others first released home consoles, games were often limited to just one system. This was common in the early days of video game development. Over time, developers started releasing games on multiple platforms to reach more players and boost profits, especially with the rise of online multiplayer. However, some companies still choose to partner for exclusive releases. Recently, Konami and PlayStation have teamed up to make the console version of Silent Hill: Townfall exclusive to PlayStation, meaning Xbox users won’t be able to play it – at least not yet.

Even though he’s survived countless life-or-death situations and overcome betrayals, it’s never easy to feel helpless and realize how quickly things can be taken away.
I’m a big fan of the game The Binding of Isaac, so I was surprised to only recently discover Mewgenics, another game made by one of its creators, Edmund McMillen. It turns out McMillen and Tyler Gladiel have been working on Mewgenics since 2012 – that’s over a decade! And all that work really shows. While the game looks a bit simple, it’s surprisingly complex and huge, and I’m worried I won’t be able to stop playing long enough to get anything done. It’s been as addictive as Balatro, but Mewgenics is much more intense, graphic, and violent – it even gets close to feeling like virtual animal cruelty. I wouldn’t be surprised if PETA released a statement about it.
The new season of One Piece, titled One Piece: Into the Grand Line, will see Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates face off against the dangerous criminal organization, Baroque Works, as they begin their journey into the Grand Line. To build excitement for the season 2 premiere on March 10th, the official One Piece Netflix account shared a teaser on Twitter showing the cast recreating famous scenes from the original One Piece manga.
