Xbox has been expanding its Cloud Gaming service all year, adding lots of new games. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers get cloud gaming included with their membership, letting them play a huge selection of games without downloading anything. The ‘Stream Your Own Game’ library already features hundreds of titles, including popular new releases like ARC Raiders, Borderlands 4, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and Xbox has just added even more games to the collection.
Good news for fans – Season 3 of Oshi no Ko is coming out in January! We’ll soon see Aqua and Ruby Hoshino continue their journey to find justice for their mother, Ai. While they appear to be successful actors and idols, the Hoshino family is actually hiding a lot of pain and deception.
As a huge RPG fan, I was really blown away by Chained Echoes when it came out in 2022. It’s incredible to think this was largely a one-person project, a true labor of love by Matthias Linda over seven years! The pixel art is gorgeous, and it clearly wears its influences on its sleeve – think Secret of Mana and classic Final Fantasy games. While it maybe didn’t get the same buzz as Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, I honestly think Chained Echoes is just as impressive, especially when it comes to its satisfying turn-based combat. It even holds its own against a lot of today’s big-budget games, which is saying something!
Even though many PlayStation fans have moved to the PS5, a lot of people are still enjoying their PS4s. If those PS4 gamers want to fully experience PlayStation Plus, upgrading to a PS5 is still recommended eventually. However, they’ll be happy to know that the games offered in January 2026 include a couple of titles for the PS4. Plus, the lineup includes a total of three games, which means Sony isn’t planning to offer fewer free games each month, despite some concerns.

The recently released trailer for Reloadian describes it as a “fast-paced roguevania battle arena.” However, the gameplay shown focused on a single-player experience with side-scrolling levels and the exploration-focused mechanics typical of Metroidvania games. The trailer also highlighted a co-op mode where players fight enemies together, and brief clips showed one-on-one battles that played like classic fighting games such as Tekken or Street Fighter.
