The highly anticipated Silent Hill 2 Remake launched in 2024, developed jointly by Konami and Bloober Team. This reimagining of the beloved 2001 horror game puts you in the role of James Sutherland as he searches for his wife in the eerie town of Silent Hill. The game’s deeply unsettling story resonated with players then and continues to do so now, earning it numerous awards and positive reviews. Initially, it was only available on PlayStation 5 and Steam, but after speculation and a leak, it has now been confirmed that the remake is coming to Xbox, and it’s arriving sooner than expected.

The recent 1.3.0 update for ARC Raiders included the usual balance adjustments and bug fixes, but one small note about changes to Raider Dens and ‘ducks’ has quickly become a highlight for players. It seems this unexpected tweak has added a lot of fun to the game!

The Tales series, a line of action role-playing games, has delighted gamers since 1995 with its colorful worlds and exciting battles. Though not as widely known as franchises like Final Fantasy or Persona, Tales of Symphonia and Vesperia have found success in Western markets. While the complete list of remasters hasn’t been officially shared, a new artwork from Ufotable seems to have revealed some of the upcoming releases ahead of schedule.

Players at the prerelease event for the Avatar set quickly discovered that certain cards and strategies were surprisingly powerful when built around in a dedicated deck, particularly those involving air and earthbending. While waterbending is strong, it doesn’t seem as impactful as some other elements. Firebending can be devastating with the right mana sources – cards like Zhao, the Moon Slayer, for example, can gain a counter for seven mana and turn all nonbasic lands into Mountains. However, air and earthbending truly have the potential to change the course of a game, and Badgermole Cub perfectly illustrates this power.

HoYoverse has become very successful recently, thanks to popular games like Genshin Impact (released in 2020), Honkai: Star Rail (2023), and Zenless Zone Zero (2024). Even with these ongoing, popular games, the studio is continuing to develop new experiences and is now announcing another upcoming title.
