Hollow Knight: Silksong Reveals Sea of Sorrow Expansion

Man, 2025 was HUGE for Team Cherry! Everyone was waiting for Hollow Knight: Silksong, and it totally lived up to the hype. Seriously, the game almost broke the internet when it launched – servers were crashing everywhere as we all rushed to get it. But it wasn’t just a flash in the pan; Hollow Knight: Silksong kept getting amazing reviews and awards all year long. It even got five nominations at The Game Awards, including Game of the Year! While it didn’t win the big one, it did take home Best Action Adventure Game, which was awesome. Now, everyone’s been wondering what Team Cherry would do next – would they start a new project or keep adding to Hollow Knight: Silksong? Well, we finally have our answer, and I’m excited to see what they announce!

Hollow Knight is Coming to Nintendo Switch 2

Hollow Knight, initially funded through Kickstarter and released in 2017, quickly became a beloved indie hit. Players take on the role of a silent knight, battling challenging bosses and venturing through the insect-ridden kingdom of Hallownest. Praised for its stunning art style and demanding gameplay, it’s considered one of the most successful independent games of the last decade. Its sequel, Hollow Knight: Silksong, launched in 2025 to critical acclaim and numerous awards, including several Game of the Year nominations. Now, Team Cherry is bringing both games to the new Nintendo Switch 2 console.

Hollow Knight: Silksong Free Expansion Coming 2026

Hollow Knight: Silksong, the sequel to the popular 2017 indie game Hollow Knight, was finally released in September 2025 after years of anticipation. Players control Hornet as she battles challenging bosses and journeys through the insect-filled kingdom of Pharloom. The game received widespread acclaim from both critics and fans, winning numerous awards, including Best Action/Adventure Game at The Game Awards. Now, the developers, Team Cherry, have hinted at what’s coming next for Hornet with a brief but exciting preview.

PS5 Sequels You Didn’t Know Were Coming In 2026

Players will find more detailed gameplay, improved graphics, and captivating new stories. There’s a huge range of games coming, including fast-paced action RPGs and calm, story-driven adventures. Fans can anticipate the return of a well-known demon hunter, a new installment in a popular indie series, and many other exciting titles.

Chris’s Top Strategy and Wargames Of 2025

There are a few games I’m waiting to jump into fully until they get some key updates. Broken Arrow, for example, really needs a way to save campaign progress before I can get properly hooked. I was pretty disappointed with Beach Invasion 1915: Gallipoli, though. They tried to add a single-player FPS mode, but it just didn’t work well. And Crystal Commander VR? It didn’t really click with me – it felt like it needed you to set up a complicated mixed-reality map to even play, which was a hassle.

Marathon Release Date Set for March 2026

I’m so hyped for the new Marathon! It’s a reboot of that awesome old game from 1994, but it’s not what I expected. Instead of being a single-player adventure where you play as a security officer fighting aliens and solving puzzles, this new version, coming out in 2026, is all about player-versus-player combat in an extraction shooter format. It’s a totally different direction, but I’m really excited to see how it plays!

Pokemon Legends: Z-A DLC officially dethrones the strongest Pokemon trainer in the series after 19 years

The recently released Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A is already making a big impact! It adds 19 new Mega Evolutions and brings back many classic moves as Technical Machines (TMs). You can get these new moves by trading Mega Shards with a special NPC in the game, and they’re useful for completing both the main Pokedex and the Hyperspace Lumiose Pokedex. Some Pokemon get significant improvements – for example, Leafeon becomes much stronger with Solar Blade, and Skarmory gains a powerful new attack with Magnet Bomb. On top of all that, the DLC includes a new trainer battle that’s officially the most challenging in the entire Pokemon series, surpassing even a famously difficult trainer from nearly two decades ago.

All 4 Characters That Can Use Gear 5 In One Piece

I’ve been watching Luffy, and his awakened form, which he calls Gear 5, is incredible. It not only boosts his strength and makes his body even more flexible, but it seems to unlock the power of imagination itself. Basically, if he can picture something, he can do it. While Luffy is the main one using Gear 5 so far, the story has hinted at three other characters who also possess this ability.
