Over a span of 12 years, from Iron Man in 2008 to Avengers: Endgame in 2019, Marvel Studios crafted an interconnected narrative across 23 films that ruled the box office and shaped popular culture. The Marvel Cinematic Universe catapulted Robert Downey Jr. to global stardom, made actors like Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth household names, and amassed colossal sums of money in the process. Marvel Studios maintained a string of blockbuster hits unparalleled by any other Hollywood studio for over a decade. However, with the advent of Disney+ and the need to produce more content (including TV shows), the momentum seems to have waned somewhat. The upcoming Fantastic Four: First Steps could potentially change this trajectory, but the last five to six years have been challenging for Marvel. Shows like The Marvels, Secret Invasion, and Captain America: Brave New World suggest that the Marvel magic may have faded, but there’s always hope for a comeback.

Prior to their latest special, Game Rant had a chat with the co-creators of Robot Chicken, Matthew Senreich and Seth Green. They discussed how the show has adapted and progressed since its initial airing twenty years ago. (For the sake of clarity and conciseness, this interview has been condensed.)

As a fervent admirer, I’d say that Riftbound has an intriguing resemblance to a MOBA game, but in the form of a Trading Card Game (TCG). Reaching 200 Power is a significant goal for players as it’s the soft limit. They can boost their Power by acquiring Rare and Legendary items and using Enhancement Cores to transfer the Power. Every Guardian starts at Power Level 10. Newcomers who own ‘The Edge of Fate’ should enter the campaign via the Portal, especially with the Legendary difficulty turned on for extra rewards. This might be a bit tougher than usual, but it’s manageable and offers additional loot. Additionally, side missions in Kepler provide opportunities to level up quickly by collecting Power-enhancing loot. Completing the main campaign and these side missions should increase your Power to at least 150, and possibly even 190 or more.

In many cases, strategies and game plans often employ cards that have similar concepts or mechanics found in newer sets. For instance, Magic: The Gathering’s Edge of Eternities introduces a mechanic called Lander, which shares a resemblance with Landfall. This is done to encourage more synergies between the cards. On the other hand, Armageddon and Wheel of Fortune function differently, but their impact can be similarly intense, causing significant disruptions in gameplay.

The sales success of the feudal Japan-themed installment of Assassin’s Creed, titled Shadows, has been widely recognized. On its release day, the company revealed that it had one of the second-largest launch days in the franchise’s history, with only 2020’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla selling more on its debut. An external analysis by Circana Retail Tracking Service ranked Shadows as the second top-selling game during the first quarter of 2025, with Monster Hunter Wilds leading the pack.
