Come Spring 17 in the realm of Mistria, swing by the General Store and you’ll spot the Request Board nearby. There, you’ll find Hemlock, often seen hanging around the Inn, who has a unique request: he needs a catfish for his secret culinary concoction. Help him out with this fishy task, and as a token of gratitude, he’ll share with you the recipe for a scrumptious dish – Breaded Catfish. It may not be the most thrilling reward, but expanding your cooking repertoire is never a bad thing!

Fields of Mistria: How to Find Catfish
Catfish, Where are You?
As a gamer, I’ve discovered that Catfish are always up for grabs in the ponds of Mistria. After some exploration, I stumbled upon an ideal fishing spot on the northern side of town, just to the left of the Manor House entrance. If you check out the images above, you’ll see exactly where it is!
In this particular spot, we discovered a catfish surprisingly fast despite there being other bodies of water nearby. Keep an eye out for a moderately sized fish, as it’s likely to be a catfish.
1. Locate Hemlock using the provided map, then hand over the Catfish to the specified NPC. In return, he’ll share the recipe for Breaded Catfish with you. Be sure to acquire the recipe by interfacing with it in your inventory.
To prepare the Breaded Catfish dish, you’ll find a suitable place to do so at the Inn’s kitchen. If you don’t have one of your own yet, you can use theirs. But first, ensure that your cooking skill is at least level 14. Additionally, gather some Flour, Oil, and of course, a Catfish.
