While each character brings unique skills and charm to the table, it’s clear that they need a boost to keep the narrative engaging and fresh.

One Piece concentrates significantly on its well-developed characters, going beyond typical series by focusing not only on the main characters but also on secondary characters and recurring antagonists. Post the time skip, which spanned over 2 years, each Straw Hat crew member underwent rigorous training to prepare for the New World, showcasing one of many instances where a character’s strength is significantly enhanced. This article will highlight some characters who could benefit from further development before the series concludes.

To symbolize their bond, every member sported an X mark on them at that time, which they displayed as a “silent farewell.

Since her father’s murder after their link to the Will of D was exposed, Vivi has drawn more attention. This has caused her to flee. Interestingly, the “X” on Luffy’s wrist has gained significance in the latest chapter. If Vivi were to join the Straw Hat Pirates before any other potential crew members, she would be the tenth member, excluding Luffy who is not included in the numerical introduction of each crewmate. Since “X” represents 10 in Roman numerals, many believe that her return to the crew could happen sooner rather than later.

If this scenario unfolds, there’s a point about Vivi that could use some enhancement – her overall physical strength. As a gamer, let me put it this way: Koby’s got the heart for the marines, much like Luffy who never stops growing in strength. But if there’s anything his latest showdown revealed, it’s that despite his muscle, he ain’t quite cut out to be an Admiral yet. Maybe a Devil Fruit could give him the edge, but given Garp, my mentor, doesn’t seem to have one, raw power might just be enough for now.

Regardless of the misconception about Buggy’s power source, it’s worth exploring why he consistently appears powerful despite seemingly lacking the ability to control it effectively. Some might chalk it up to chance, but others propose more intriguing explanations, like Conqueror’s Haki. Before joining Cross Guild, Buggy had a reputation for attracting stronger pirates based on his perceived qualities, making him a threat even before his association with Cross Guild.
