Values instilled by Jackie’s family played a crucial role in shaping his mercenary lifestyle, and now, as he mourns alongside friends and family, it is unclear whether Arasaka will preserve him digitally for interrogation purposes – a prospect that may bring further grief to those who loved him.

In Night City, Evelyn isn’t just a doll – she’s been tragically coerced into the sex trade. When the Voodoo Boys found out she couldn’t retrieve the Relic, they viciously hacked her, leaving her defenseless and exploitable by the darkest corners of Night City, including the Scavs who subjected her to their vile X-BDs. Overwhelmed by what she had experienced, Evelyn Parker chose to end her own life.

Her duties led to immense mental and physical torment, culminating in the need for cybernetic modifications to survive the perils of Blackwall.

In the course of events, Song’s physical form morphed into something more mechanical than feminine, yet even then, her consciousness was gradually overtaken by the malevolent artificial intelligences from Blackwall’s Rogues with each exploration. Facing imminent demise, Song is left with two choices: either she escapes to the Moon for self-preservation, a move that would essentially betray everyone she has ever known, or she succumbs to the rogue AIs that have tormented her for years, losing her mind in the process.
