During the Circles of Friends event, Kovalsky needs to find a key to open the locked red door on the first floor of Holden’s Mansion. This key, called the Hidden Memories Key, is located in Act 2 of Crime Scene Cleaner. The Circles of Friends mission is divided into sections to simplify the cleaning process, and Holden’s Mansion contains puzzles like the coffin puzzle, as well as this locked door. This explains exactly where to find the key needed to unlock the door during the event.

Where To Find The Hidden Memories Key In Circle Of Friends (Crime Scene Cleaner Act 2)

I was so excited when I finally found the Hidden Memories Key! It’s tucked away pretty cleverly, near the Employee Quarters. To get there, I started in Town Square, went into the Garage, and headed up the stairs. Then, I just looked to my left and climbed out one of the windows – and there it was!

To get into the Garage initially, you’ll need to go around the outside of the building and break the wooden planks that are covering the entrance.

Kovalsky will jump onto a small roof. From there, walk along the edge to the back, where you’ll find a hidden corner. You can either carefully walk around and jump, or hop over the blue railing and climb back up to reach it.

You’re in the right place if your map shows you’re in the Employee Quarters. Look down at the incomplete bird’s nest to find and take the Hidden Memories Key.

How To Open The Door On The First Floor In Circle Of Friends (Crime Scene Cleaner Act 2)

Go back into the Garage through the windows, then head to the door at the end to reach the Corridor. Don’t go into the kitchen on your left; instead, enter the door on your right. You’re now at Holden’s Mansion. Go up the stairs on the left – the game refers to this as the First Floor – to get to the second floor.

Next to the room where the coffin is kept, an archway leads up to another part of the first floor of the mansion.

Go up the stairs and walk to the red door. Try unlocking it with the Hidden Memories Key.

The door opens to a small room brimming with treasure. Valuables are laid out on the table and packed inside chests around the room. While you won’t find any CDs, the safe is full of money.
