COD Next Announced For September

The highly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to reveal more details about itself in late September, following its initial gameplay reveal at Gamescom Opening Night Live. Luckily for us, Activision has confirmed that the wait for further Multiplayer insights won’t be too long.

The video game Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will launch on November 14th, 2025, focusing on the Mason family, particularly David Mason. In the year 2035, he and his team are drawn into a distorted reality due to Raul Menendez from Black Ops 2. Building upon the success of last year’s Black Ops 6, developers Raven and Treyarch are not holding back, as the upcoming Call of Duty (COD) is just weeks away.

Black Ops 7’s COD Next Streams on September 30th, 2025

The upcoming Call of Duty Next event is set to stream live on September 30th, 2025, but details about the specific time or platforms are not yet available. During this event, fans will get an exclusive first look at Black Ops 7’s multiplayer mode that was hinted in the trailer posted above. Additionally, well-known content creators will have a chance to test out the new multiplayer and zombie modes live at the event. Finally, a beta version of the game will be available for fans to play at home starting October 2nd.

Although delayed compared to usual Call of Duty releases, Black Ops 7 seems set to deliver another thrilling futuristic adventure for the franchise. The cooperative campaign might not appeal to solo players, but its popularity is undeniable. With a Day One launch on Xbox Game Pass, an even larger audience can enjoy the game. In summary, Call of Duty Next is an event worth following closely, given that multiplayer is the series’ primary draw.
