Limited Run Games announced that the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection will no longer be available for purchase digitally after March 31, 2026. Fans have until then to buy the collection of classic Jurassic Park games on Steam, the Nintendo eShop, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store.
Released in November 2023 to mark the 30th anniversary of the first Jurassic Park film, the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection brought together seven beloved games from the 8-bit and 16-bit eras. This collection lets fans revisit classic Jurassic Park titles originally released on systems like the SNES, NES, Sega Genesis, and Game Boy. Each game has been updated with features like save states, new maps, and improvements to make them more enjoyable for modern players.
Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection is Being Delisted on March 31, 2026
Limited Run Games announced that the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection will be removed from digital stores on March 31, 2026 – a little over two years after it first became available. This change affects all platforms where the collection is sold, including Steam, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Store. If you already own the collection, you can still download and play it. The developer is giving fans over six weeks’ notice so they have time to purchase the game before it’s removed, and they thank players for their understanding.

Limited Run Games hasn’t explained why they removed the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection from sale. Often, this happens with licensed games because the license expires, causing them to disappear from stores sooner than players anticipate. We’ve seen this with other games like Deadpool and Friday the 13th. Since Limited Run Games hasn’t given a specific reason, we can only guess what happened.

If you’re interested in the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection, the PlayStation Store currently has the best price. It’s available for $7.49, and PlayStation Plus members can get it for even less – just $5.99! That’s a discount of 75% to 80%, but this offer ends on February 26th. Right now, the game is still full price ($29.99) on Steam, the Nintendo eShop, and the Microsoft Store, and it’s unclear if those platforms will offer a sale before the PlayStation deal expires.
Okay, so I heard the Jurassic Park Classic Games Collection might be going away, which is a bummer. But honestly, there’s still tons of Jurassic Park stuff to play! I’ve been really into the Jurassic World Evolution series – it’s awesome being able to build and manage your own dinosaur park. Jurassic World Evolution 3 came out in October 2025 and it’s seriously one of the best Jurassic Park games out there. Plus, I’m still hyped for Jurassic Park Survival! Saber Interactive announced it way back in 2023, and we haven’t heard much since, but I’m hoping it still happens – it looks like it could be a really cool survival horror game.
