Complete the Golden Teppo:
The Iron Hand Guild” is introduced by Imai Sokun, a character you’ve encountered during your pursuit of the Golden Teppo of the Shinbakufu. Upon finishing that mission, a quest marker will appear at his location in Sakai, Izumi Settsu. The building where Sokun resides is situated to the north of the Sakai Hidden Quarter, within the Sakai Firearms District.
The Iron Fist Guild” is designed as a multi-part side mission, with some vendors located in areas you might not reach until later in the game. Although it’s possible to encounter some overpowered merchants before reaching the appropriate level, it’s generally advisable to avoid engaging in combat with them prematurely. The boss of this quest is best tackled when you’re close to level 35, which is his suggested level.
Where to Find All Iron Hand Guild Members in AC Shadows

It seems there’s no advantage within the game for either eliminating or sparing the Iron Hand Guild members. Imai Sokun suggests mercy towards them, yet the choice remains with the player.

Where to Find the Missing Ship in The Iron Hand Guild – Assassin’s Creed Shadows
Players seeking the hidden location of Merchant Kanta can find it on a large island situated in the southern part of Lake Biwa. Navigate towards the southwest corner of Okishima Island and you’ll spot shipwreckage along the coast. The letter containing the merchant’s whereabouts is concealed within one of the wrecked vessels.
