Crimson Desert on PlayStation 5 has 34 trophies to earn, including 1 Platinum. Getting all of them will be a significant challenge, not because they’re difficult, but because it will take a lot of time and effort. We’ll explain why below.
Here’s a complete list of trophies for Crimson Desert, showing how many challenges are needed for each one and how to unlock them. Earning the Platinum Trophy will be a real test of your skills!
Good news for completionists like me – Crimson Desert doesn’t have any trophies you can actually miss! But getting 100% is going to be a serious grind. We’re talking 300+ hours, easily. The thing is, most achievements are tied to challenges you stumble upon while exploring the world, and there are tons of them. So you really have to explore everything to get them all!
Crimson Desert Trophy Roadmap & Guide
| Achievement/Trophy | Description | How to Get |

| Novice Adventurer | Complete chapter 1 of main quests. | This achievement is automatically unlocked simply by playing through the Chapter 1 Main Quests, found in the Journal tab. |
| Master Camper | Complete the activation of the camp at Howling Hill. | You’ll gain access to Howling Hill in Chapter 3. It’s your main camp area with your allies, which can be upgraded through Greymane Faction Quests and Dispatch Missions. |
| Protector of Pailune | Complete chapter 7 of main quests. | This achievement is also automatically unlocked by playing the Main Quests. It might take a good chunk of hours to reach and complete Chapter 7, so we advise doing side quests during the race. |
| Proud Returnee | Complete the camp relocation to Pailune. | After Chapter 7, you can continue upgrading Howling Hill and rebuilding Pailune with Dispatch Missions until it’s time to move back into Pailune. This will take a great deal of Dispatch Missions and requires all Greymane Faction Quests to be completed. |
| Expert Storyteller | Complete all main quests. | Once you reach and complete Chapter 12, you will earn this trophy. You will not be required to complete the Epilogue that comes after. |
| Beast Slayer | Complete all New Power challenges. | There are 7 New Power challenges. These will have you fight a unique boss, but the bosses will only unlock in each region after you complete a certain number of Faction Quests. |
| Conqueror of Spires | Complete all spire challenges. | There are 8 Spires to find and climb in the open world. Most Spires are accessed naturally through the story, but you can check them on your map while in the Abyss. |
| Conqueror of the Abyss | Complete all Abyss challenges. | There are 40 Abyss Puzzles found in the Abyss, and each of them connects to one another. Simply complete one from a Spire, and continue through the chain until you’ve done all 40. |
| Lightbringer | Complete all Sanctum challenges. | There are 16 Sanctums that need cleansing, which consist of finding the Sanctum, liberating it, and activating the puzzle piece. You can get the locations of all Sanctums by finding the 4 Witches. |
| Maze Pathfinder | Complete all maze challenges. | Mazes are also noted as Mysterious Zones and require a tad more thought than Ancient Ruins due to their labyrinthine design. We’re not currently sure how many mazes there are. |
| Puzzle Solver | Complete all ancient ruins challenges. | There are 37 Ancient Ruins, which are known as Mysterious Zones (? on the map). Once you find and complete them all, you will get this achievement. |
| Navigator of the Stars | Complete all constellation challenges. | There are 13 Constellations to be found, which are activated once you complete the Scholastone Institute Faction Quests, which become available after Chapter 3. |
| Pilgrim of Wonders | Complete all secret place challenges. | There are 60 Secret Places in the open world, and these are mostly caves and hidden areas beneath waterfalls, and more. |
| Expert Explorer | Complete all exploration challenges. | There are 9 subcategories of challenges to complete in the Exploration section, which include well over 200 unique challenges involving puzzles, legendary animals, and bosses. |
| Master of Swords | Complete all sword challenges. | There are a total of 6 Sword Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. All characters can use swords. |
| Master of Shields | Complete all shield challenges. | There are a total of 6 Shield Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Kliff and Damaine can use shields. |
| Master of Bows | Complete all bow challenges. | There are a total of 6 Bow Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Kliff can use bows. |
| Master of Spears | Complete all spear challenges. | There are a total of 5 Spear Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Kliff can use spears. |
| Master of Two-Handed Weapons | Complete all two-handed weapon challenges. | There are a total of 6 Two-Handed Weapon Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Kliff and Oongka can use two-handed weapons. |
| Relentless Warrior | Complete all training challenges. | There are a total of 10 Training Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Most of these are only possible with Kliff. |
| Battlefield Conqueror | Complete all battle challenges. | There are a total of 10 Battle Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Most of these are only possible with Kliff. |
| Brilliant Tactician | Complete all operation challenges. | There are a total of 10 Operation Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Most of these are only possible with Kliff. |
| Master of Rapiers | Complete all rapier and shield challenges. | There are a total of 5 Rapier & Shield Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Damiane can use Rapiers. |
| Master of Firearms | Complete all gun challenges. | There are a total of 5 Guns Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Damiane can use Guns. |
| Master of Artillery | Complete all cannon challenges. | There are a total of 5 Cannon Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Only Oongka can use Cannons. |
| Grand Collector of Arms | Complete all special equipment challenges. | There are a total of 10 Special Equipment Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. These will require all three characters, along with specific weapons found from bosses/exploration. |
| Tamer of Legends | Complete all horse challenges. | There are a total of 10 Horse Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. |
| Unvanquished Strategist | Complete all mastery challenges | You will need to complete all 10 subcategories in the “Mastery” section, which is a total of 64 challenges. |
| Ultimate Hunter | Complete all hunting challenges. | There are a total of 11 Hunting Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Some involve Legendary Animals, whereas others are absurd hunts related to other creatures. |
| Natural Collector | Complete all life challenges. | There are a total of 12 Life Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. These are mostly about materials, resources, and Knowledge. |
| The Golden Merchant | Complete all trade challenges. | There are a total of 5 Trade Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Most involve visiting NPCs and completing Trade Missions with the Wagon. |
| Shadowlord | Complete all Above the Law challenges. | There are a total of 10 Above the Law Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. Most involve criminal activity. |
| Lord of Honor | Complete all Challenges and Changes challenges. | There are a total of 9 Challenges and Changes Challenges, and these can be acquired from Sealed Abyss Artifacts obtained in the open world. |
| True Gamer | Complete all minigame challenges. | There are 5 subcategories for the Minigame Challenges that must all be completed. We’ve only found 4 Test of Strength and 5 Duel Challenges so far, but the others are all from Sealed Abyss Artifacts that involve Archery, Card Games, Arm Wrestling, and others. |
