Critical Role has formally declared that the game “Daggerheart” will become available starting from May 20th. For gamers seeking something different from “Dungeons and Dragons,” they won’t have to wait much longer before diving into the new gaming system offered by Critical Role’s “Daggerheart.

At a State of the Press address for Darrington Press, Critical Role’s publishing company in 2023, they unveiled plans for Daggerheart – a fresh tabletop roleplaying game system using a d12 format. This innovative game features a card-based advancement system and an intriguing Hope and Fear mechanism. Over the following two years, numerous playtests were conducted, some involving the community at events like GenCon, as well as live play one-shots on Critical Role’s channel.

Currently, the much-awaited game titled “Daggerheart” is on the verge of being dispatched to eager fans. It’s been officially announced by Critical Role that “Daggerheart” will be launched on May 20.
