The “Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps” quest is the first step in bringing Wishblossom Mountains back to life in Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch. It’s a lengthy process where you’ll team up with Tinker Bell to restore the flow of Pixie Dust. You’ll also need your Wishblossom Mount, so be sure to summon it when you start the quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How To Trigger Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps Quest In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
To start the Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps quest, you first need to finish the Wheel Big Trouble quest and get the Wishing Alps’ Crystal Key.
Then, go to Wishblossom Heart and give the key to Tinker Bell. She’ll open a path that lets you start the first challenge.
Okay, so when you go inside, here’s what I figured out: you can use the Wishblossom Horse to push that huge rock onto the pressure plate. Then, if you stand on the other pressure plate, the door actually opens! It’s pretty cool.
After that, talk to Hope Wishblossom. She’ll ask you to get rid of the odd red crystals at the tips of her roots. You’ll find these crystals in three different places, and each one is protected by a puzzle you’ll need to solve.
Remove Crystal In Blue Area
Within the blue zone, you’ll find two pressure plates. A large rock sits beside one of them, blocking access – it can’t be moved.
Go back and climb the stairs to reach the far side of the rock. Place the rock on one plate, and step on the other. This will open the door and shatter the crystal.
Remove Crystal In Pink Area
Enter the pink area and use the elevator to the left to descend.
Push the rock onto the pressure plate and head up.
Run to the right and activate the lever to extend a bridge. You’ll find another pressure plate there, and opening the newly unlocked door will reveal a crystal.
Remove Crystal In Green Area
The green area is the most straightforward – players can take the elevator directly to the top and quickly destroy the red crystal.
How To Unlock Maximus In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once you’ve finished the three areas, talk to Hope Wishblossom again. She’ll give you a glowing orb that turns into Maximus, a horse you can ride to explore the Wishblossom Mountains. Each mount has unique skills, and Maximus is special because he can jump really far.
Ride Mount Maximus and use the horse to jump over the gaps to escape the Crystal Caverns. After you’re out, talk to Tinker Bell one more time to finish the “Crystal Cavern: Wishing Alps” quest in DDV.
