Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

In the game Cyberpunk 2077, Panam Palmer is one of V’s possible romantic interests. However, courting her isn’t going to be easy. There are numerous quests that must be completed to win her heart in Cyberpunk 2077. Despite the effort required, it’s truly rewarding for V to find love amidst the cold, loveless Night City. Particularly since Panam Palmer is a fiery and independent character from the Aldecaldos gang.

Initially, gamers should proceed into Act 2 of the game “Cyberpunk 2077”. It’s crucial to ensure that the Male V character is selected, both in terms of voice and body type, as this is necessary to have the option to romance Panam. Players can then refer to the list provided for all the missions essential for romancing Panam, as well as every mission integral to starting a relationship with her.

Complete Ghost Town

In the course of Act 2, following the completion of the “Playing for Time” quest, a significant mission called “Ghost Town” becomes available as a primary objective for players. In this task, V will encounter Rogue Amendiares, who was once romantically involved with Johnny Silverhand in the afterlife. Rogue will direct V to seek out Panam Palmer, a Nomad. Initially, Panam and V may not see eye-to-eye, but their relationship can develop positively if V decides to assist Panam. To kick off Ghost Town, players simply need to talk to Panam and agree to accompany her to Rocky Ridge so she can retrieve her stolen vehicle from the Raffen.

Regardless of whether players opt for stealth or a loud approach when facing the Raffen in Rocky Ridge, what truly matters is the moment when Panam retrieves her vehicle and enlists V’s aid in avenging Nash. When questioned about her quest for vengeance, V might choose to ask: “Alright, so where exactly is this hideout?” This query will guide V and Panam towards the Raffen Shiv’s lair, allowing them to eliminate him and his associates. After completing their task, V could then inquire: “Are you feeling better now?” Following which, they would likely proceed to the Sunset Motel to celebrate their success.

At the Sunset Motel’s bar, V and Panam have the option to raise a toast with a cold beer. Players should choose between their preferred beverage selection here.

Following a brief exchange, V might subtly hint at flirting with Panam when she mentions booking a room. V could then suggest in a charming way, “Perhaps we share one room?” Although Panam may not pick up on V’s flirtatious tone, this line of dialogue sets the stage for further interactions, and players can now choose to rest at the motel to conclude the Ghost Town mission.

Complete Lightning Breaks

Upon rising from my slumber at the Sunset Motel following Ghost Town, I make my way downstairs into the garage to kickstart Lightning Breaks. Here, I engage with Panam who’s diligently working on her vehicle. This mission is relatively simple; it merely requires me to adhere to the given objectives to disable the Kang Tao AV and abduct Anders Hellman. Although dialogue doesn’t impact Panam’s possible connection with me, it’s advisable to stay near her and follow her instructions to seamlessly proceed into the next quest, Life During Wartime, immediately thereafter.

Heading to the wreckage of Kang Tao AV alongside Panam, I find myself on a mission to revive Mitch. It doesn’t matter if we take out the Kang Tao guard ourselves or if it’s Panam who does it, Mitch will live either way. But in this moment of loss for the Aldecaldos, it’s better to choose the dialogue option: “I’m sorry about Scorpion“, as opting for anything else might lead to an unwarranted reprimand in our shared grief.

V has the choice to ask Panam for aid or let her stay with Mitch, as this decision is not crucial. However, when players encounter Hellman at the gas station and subsequently face the Aldecaldos led by Saul, they’ll likely opt for the dialogue option: “It wasn’t really Panam’s fault“. Standing by Panam is essential, so defend her against Saul. Following the mission, V may receive a message from Panam, which can be responded to with: “Perhaps Mitch was correct. You should return. Resolve things completely.” After this, wait for a few in-game hours or days and complete some Main Jobs and Gigs until Panam calls to initiate Riders of the Storm.

Players need to make their way to Aldecaldos Camp without delay once they begin Riders of the Storm, because if they don’t get there within 24 hours in the game, they’ll miss out on completing Panam’s romantic storyline.

After reaching the Aldecaldos Camp in Panam, they’ll turn to me, their leader, Saul, has been taken by the Wraiths. When Panam asks for help, I respond, “We’re chooms, that’s what we do.” And when it’s time to hit the road with Panam, it feels like a no-brainer to say, “Of course, let’s ride!

In this task, character V should make their way to the hideout of the Wraith for the rescue of Saul. Whether stealth or forceful entry is chosen, the key goal is reaching the basement and rescuing Saul. After exiting the compound and navigating through the sandstorm, players have an opportunity to meddle in a dispute between Panam and Saul by intervening with a comment.

Standing by Panam against Saul offers them a private moment, during which they exchange witty comments regarding their stay at a hotel. The dialogue between them contains a romantic undertone, making it an appealing conversation for players to engage in.

You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am.
[Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas.

In the morning, when Panam is on her motorcycle, V can halt her by saying, “Hold up. Let me talk about last night…” This conversation will lead to Panam kissing V, and as they watch her ride away into the Badlands, Johnny approves of this turn of events.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

In a few game-based days, Panam will reach out to V for aid at the Aldecaldos Camp, task titled “With a Little Help from My Friends”. To help Panam, simply choose the option “Yes, I’ll assist.” when she asks. For smooth sailing, select “I’m joining you” to accompany Panam on her journey.

Upon arriving at the trainyard and ascending the tower with Panam, the pair will engage in a discussion. Players are encouraged to choose from the available dialogue options during this interaction.

As a devoted fan, I find myself eagerly anticipating the next steps in Panam’s romantic journey. After departing from the communications tower and making my way to the Aldecaldos campfire outside, I might say I could use some rest and opt for the dialogue: [Moving closer] Seems quite chilly out here. Following a peaceful slumber, I can proceed with the mission at hand as instructed.

Complete Queen of the Highway

Following a brief respite from the Aldecaldos Camp, players can utilize this time by completing various tasks or jobs. Keep yourself busy until you receive a call from Panam, signaling it’s time to return to camp. Once back, venture into the Basilisk with Panam and engage in some more flirtatious banter using the dialogue option: “It’s so warm and inviting here.

Following a drive in the Basilisk and some shots at abandoned vehicles, V and Panam will synchronize their thoughts, allowing V to choose the dialogue option: “[Invite Panam for a moment of intimacy] Sure, let’s do this.” This intimate scene between Panam and V strengthens their bond, giving players a heartfelt representation of their relationship.

Still, there are a few more dialogue options after the Basilisk battle at the Aldecaldos Camp:

[Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…
I’d love to. But I can’t.
[Stand] I’ll think it over, I promise.

After the malfunction of the Relic, V is likely to be requested by Mitch and Saul to hang around for a while. In this situation, V might express: “I can stick around for some time. Appreciate it.” During this moment, Panam will accompany V towards their vehicle, allowing V to respond further:

Honestly? I dunno.
[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me.

In summary, by completing Panam’s mission line, players have achieved ‘The Star’ ending and are now able to develop a romantic relationship with her character.

How to Go on Dates with Panam

With the introduction of Update 2.1 for Cyberpunk 2077, players who have developed a romantic relationship with a character they share living quarters with during gameplay, now have an opportunity to discover the mission titled “I Really Want To Stay At Your House.” This update enables interaction with a message from Panam, inviting her to any of V’s apartments (excluding Dogtown). Although V and Panam cannot roam freely across Night City, they can enjoy a peaceful evening together in their shared apartment, cuddling up comfortably within its walls.
