Cyberpunk 2077: Ronin is Coming in April 2026

Fans of Cyberpunk 2077 have something to look forward to this April! New physical collectibles are coming out to keep the excitement for the popular RPG going. These items are designed to bring a little bit of the game’s unique world into players’ homes.

Since its rocky start in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has seen a remarkable turnaround in the gaming world. The developers at CD Projekt Red worked hard to overcome the initial bugs and issues, and the game has now become a favorite for many players. A key element of its immersive experience is the atmosphere, and the music plays a huge role in creating that feeling. The songs featured while exploring the city have become iconic, almost as well-known as the game’s characters, and truly make players feel like they’re living in a futuristic world. This year, the game is set to further celebrate music culture in a way that fans will be excited about.

New Cyberpunk 2077 Collectibles for Night City Fans

Good news for music lovers, especially fans of video games: a special vinyl record called Cyberpunk 2077: Ronin will be released on April 18th. It’s part of Record Store Day, a yearly event where over 300 independent record stores in the UK and Ireland sell exclusive releases. This year’s Record Store Day ambassador is singer Olivia Dean, and alongside Cyberpunk 2077, soundtracks from popular games like Pokemon and Undertale will also be available. The Cyberpunk 2077: Ronin record, created by Angel of Man, isn’t from the original game; it’s a new musical tribute to the Cyberpunk 2077 universe. Although the tracks have been available online for a year, this is the first time you can buy a physical copy, and it includes a previously unreleased bonus track.

The Ronin album is a special release created for music collectors. It includes 12 tracks, with everything from fast-paced songs like “The Heist” and “Extraction Action” to slower, more reflective pieces like “Rite of Passage.” This limited-edition vinyl, a vibrant “Katana CyberRed” pressing weighing 180g, is designed for excellent sound quality. The album comes in a beautifully designed jacket featuring artwork inspired by the game’s distinctive neon style. Released by Materia Collective, it’s being hailed as a standout addition to the world of music inspired by cinematic games. Buying a copy from a local record store not only gets you a unique collectible, but also supports these important independent businesses.

For those not interested in the new music release, a detailed Songbird figurine from Cyberpunk 2077 is coming out on April 8th. Made by Dark Horse, this 9-inch statue perfectly captures the look of the popular netrunner from the Phantom Liberty expansion, who was crucial to V’s story. It features her signature denim jacket and cybernetic details. The statue costs around $70 and is designed to be displayed with the existing Solomon Reed figure. Dark Horse Direct is now taking pre-orders, and fans who enjoyed exploring Dogtown in the expansion’s story will likely be excited about this collectible.

Fans are excited about the new physical merchandise, but many are eagerly awaiting the next big game from CD Projekt Red. A sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, currently called Project Orion, is in development, though it’s not expected to be released until 2030 at the earliest. Right now, the studio is focusing most of its efforts on the next Witcher game, so fans will have to wait a while for more Cyberpunk content. Despite online rumors, the developers have confirmed there won’t be any additional downloadable content or expansions for the current game. While there aren’t any new missions coming, the release of items like the Ronin vinyl and Songbird figure proves the franchise remains popular. For now, fans will have to enjoy these collectibles and look forward to the next installment of the Night City story when it finally arrives.
