Cyberpunk Becomes Kickstarter’s Most Funded TCG Ever

The Cyberpunk Trading Card Game quickly became the most funded trading card game ever on Kickstarter, raising over eight million dollars in less than a day and continuing to gain support.

Many people know Cyberpunk from the video game Cyberpunk 2077 or the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, but it actually began as a tabletop role-playing game. This original game created a rich history that goes back much further than the more recent versions of the story.

The Cyberpunk TCG, a collaboration between WeirdCo and CD Projekt Red, was revealed several months ago and recently launched a Kickstarter campaign. The campaign has been incredibly successful, exceeding its funding goal and raising millions of dollars within just one day.
