A Cyberpunk trading card game is coming, and it will include characters from both the Cyberpunk 2077 video game and the Edgerunners anime series.
So, CD Projekt Red is already deep into making the next Cyberpunk game – they’re aiming to have a solid base for it built by 2027. But honestly, I was totally surprised when they dropped the news about a Cyberpunk trading card game! It came completely out of the blue, and it’s going to be a physical card game, not digital, which is cool.
Cyberpunk TCG is for Collectors, Traders, and Fans of the Franchise
Cyberpunk TCG lets players build their dream team of Night City characters and battle against each other. The game features beautiful artwork of characters from both the Cyberpunk 2077 video game and the Edgerunners anime series. A new trailer was released on X (formerly Twitter) giving players a first look at the cards they can expect.

Okay, so I just watched the trailer for the Cyberpunk TCG and it looks awesome! They showed off all the different types of cards you can collect. First up are the Units – things like the Psycho Squad, Offduty Malfini, and Swordwise Huscle. Then there’s all the Chrome, which are basically the cyberware, and they highlighted Mantis Blades, Kiroshi Optics, and the Mandibular Upgrade. But the coolest part? They’re including character cards of all the big names from the game! I’m talking Panam Palmer, Jackie Welles, Judy Alvarez, Goro Takemura, V, and even Adam Smasher! I need to collect them all!
Okay, so I just heard that CD Projekt Red and WierdCo are making a Cyberpunk TCG, and it’s hitting Kickstarter in 2026! I’m super hyped, and they’re letting you sign up on their website now to get a free Lucy card – definitely doing that!
