With the arrival of this new villain in Cookie Run Kingdom, the game’s strategies are about to change significantly, and she’s expected to be a powerful character in Arena battles for a while. Players who unlocked her will be eager to learn the best way to build her. This guide explains her abilities and offers recommendations for the best Toppings and Beascuit combinations for Dark Enchantress Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom.

Dark Enchantress Cookie Skills and Abilities in Cookie Run Kingdom, Explained

She’s a Magic-type cookie who attacks from the middle row with spells. Using her skills drains Magic Energy, which actually boosts her damage and attack power. Her signature move is summoning an abyssal creature that chains up enemies – slowing their skill recharge, lowering their health, and stripping away any shields they have. This also stuns cookies that aren’t specifically targeted. After a few moments, the abyssal attacks all enemies, inflicting Injury, the Dark Enchantress Curse, and transforming them into Failed Creations (details on this effect are below).

She can transform powerful and common cookies into Failed Creations. These cookies become stunned, continuously take damage, and spread that damage to each other. If you defeat a Failed Creation, it actually restores health to Dark Enchantress Cookie, making them dangerous to include on your team when battling her.

Additionally, she can apply this effect to the strongest Beast, Ancient, Dragon, Legendary, or Super Epic cookie. This effect can’t be countered with buffs or debuffs, meaning you’ll need careful planning when building your team to fight her. She gets stronger whenever a teammate or enemy is defeated. Similar to Shadow Milk Cookie, she can revive once after being defeated when she reaches full power, which greatly increases her damage output.

Best Toppings, Tarts, and Beascuits for Dark Enchantress Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom

Building Dark Enchantress Cookie is tricky. While she’s meant to deal damage, increasing her attack power with toppings can actually make her skill take longer to recharge – and you generally want to recharge it as quickly as possible. She already has a fairly long cooldown, and too much focus on cooldown reduction toppings can end up lowering her total damage. Plus, both attack and cooldown stats have limits. Because of all this, it doesn’t seem best to focus entirely on either attack or cooldown right now.

For Dark Enchantress Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom, the ideal toppings are three Looming Dark Raspberries and two Looming Dark Chocolates. You can get these from the event shop for 1,500 Crystals. If you don’t have enough yet, a good substitute is two Swift Chocolate M toppings and three Searing Raspberry M toppings. When choosing toppings, focus on stats that lower cooldown, increase damage resistance, and boost attack.

When building your team, the Searing Raspberry Tart M is generally the best choice, especially if it has high Attack stats. Keep crafting these in the mines until you get one with good stats. If your team’s cooldown is already at or below 35%, switching to a Swift Chocolate Tart M won’t be helpful. Otherwise, feel free to use it!

For Dark Enchantress Cookie, the ideal Beascuit is a Legendary Zesty Beascuit with lots of DMG Resist Bypass. This helps her deal consistent damage and break through enemy defenses, keeping her effective in battle.
