Tamashii Nations is well-known for creating high-quality anime action figures, and Dragon Ball is one of their most popular lines. They’re starting 2026 strong with new Dragon Ball Z figures, bringing back Future Trunks in his impressive Super Saiyan form. Originally released in September 2023, the popular Super Saiyan Future Trunks S.H. Figuarts figure, which had been unavailable, is now back in production.
This Super Saiyan Trunks figure captures the character at his peak strength during the fight with Perfect Cell and the Cell Games, wearing his iconic battle armor. While it’s not his most powerful Super Saiyan Grade 3 form, it’s still his strongest appearance in Dragon Ball Z. Featuring multiple facial expressions, great poseability, and swappable arms, this figure lets DBZ fans recreate memorable battles from the anime without breaking the bank.
S.H.Figuarts Is Re-Releasing One Of Their Best Future Trunks Figures In July 2026
The Super Saiyan Trunks action figure, known for its great detail and poseability, is being re-released in July 2026. Originally priced at 4,400 yen (around $40 USD), this is welcome news for collectors, as older figures can become very expensive on the resale market. Many fans consider this to be one of the best Trunks figures available, and its design closely captures the look of the character from the Dragon Ball Z anime. It’s been nearly three years since this figure was last available.
I was looking at the description for this Super Saiyan Trunks figure from Dragon Ball Z, and it sounds really detailed. They’ve clearly paid attention to making the colors match the anime as closely as possible. What’s cool is it comes with different faceplates and sets of hands, plus even swappable folded arms – so you can pose him doing your favorite moves from the show. They’ve also added a pearly sheen to his Super Saiyan hair to give the impression of energy flowing during his transformation, which sounds like it’ll make the figure look really dynamic.
DBZ Fans Can Look Forward To Recreating Future Trunks’ Iconic Battle With Perfect Cell

The Super Saiyan Trunks – Infinite Latent Super Power figure lets fans relive some of Trunks’ most famous fights from Dragon Ball Z. It shows Trunks wearing the Saiyan armor his mother, Bulma, makes for him after he trains with Vegeta in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. In this form, he battles enemies like Perfect Cell, a Cell Jr. during the Cell Games, and Imperfect Cell towards the end of the Cell Saga. This figure portrays Trunks in his standard Super Saiyan form, rather than his more powerful, but less efficient, Grade 3 transformation.
This figure of Future Trunks is designed to represent him before his fight with Perfect Cell, but collectors who already have other Future Trunks figures can easily switch out the head to depict him battling Cell Junior and Imperfect Cell from the end of the story arc. You can also change Trunks’ arms – pose them crossed for a confident look, or use the arms designed for his famous Burning Attack. Dragon Ball Z fans can expect this Super Saiyan Trunks figure to be released in July.
