As a seasoned gamer with countless hours invested in survival horror games, I’ve grown accustomed to the thrill of outwitting relentless killers in Dead by Daylight. But with the recent introduction of 2v8 mode and its enhanced killer abilities, the game has taken a new turn that leaves me both intrigued and slightly intimidated.
In the intricately populated world of “Dead by Daylight,” the Entity, the game’s malevolent deity, has bestowed upon its five killers enhanced capabilities. These new abilities enable them to stalk and slay survivors more efficiently. The latest addition to the game, a 2v8 mode, grants these killers even more formidable powers. It appears that the Entity was in a vengeful mood, as these new abilities are quite potent and designed to synergize with one another, amplifying their individual strengths, and extending those advantages to their teammates.
Starting July 25, 2024, I’m thrilled to experience the limited-time introduction of Dead by Daylight’s exciting 2v8 mode, which is scheduled to last until August 8, 2024. Fingers crossed that this captivating gameplay will become a permanent fixture in the game eventually. During this initial phase, five unique killers will be at my disposal: the Hillbilly, the Huntress, the Nurse, the Trapper, and the Wraith. Each of these killers comes with fresh Team Powers that can only be activated while in 2v8 mode, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement to my gameplay experience.
