Luckily, the journey to its release has been filled with lengthy, informative trailers about the sequel and some recent hands-on previews delving deeper into the gameplay, pacing, and world of Death Stranding 2. Although the storyline remains shrouded in mystery, the previews for Death Stranding 2 have subtly unveiled a different aspect of Sam’s character than what we initially encountered in the first game.

For individuals familiar with the original “Death Stranding,” it’s reasonable to anticipate that Sam would have undergone significant changes in the sequel. However, the manner in which Sam appears at the start of “Death Stranding 2” is what truly highlights his character transformation. Based on the latest previews available, certain assumptions can be drawn about Sam, particularly in contrast to his persona in the first game.
