Deku’s New Hero Rank In My Hero Academia

- Deku Didn’t Have A Quirk Until Recently
- Right Now, Deku Ranks As The Number 4 Hero
Readers know that the finale of “My Hero Academia” sparked quite a debate among fans, largely due to the fact that the main character, Deku, lost his Quirk. The lingering embers of One For All eventually faded, leaving Deku without a quirk. Instead of pursuing hero work, Deku opted for a role at UA High School, sharing his wisdom and experiences with future heroes. Years later, he was granted a Hero suit, funded by Bakugo, All Might, and all the students from Class 1-A. This marked Deku’s return as a hero, although he continued to work as a teacher at UA. More recently, Horikoshi shared with fans that Deku now teaches history and Hero History at UA, roles that perfectly suit his character.
It seems that Deku has been putting more effort into his role as a hero and is swiftly climbing up the ranks in My Hero Academia. Interestingly, manga creator Horikoshi announced that Deku currently holds the position of the Number 4 Hero, an impressive achievement considering he no longer possesses a Quirk.
