Each member of the Delta Force possesses a distinctive skill set within the unit. Typically, these skills require a cool-down period before they can be utilized again, and when employed tactfully, they can significantly alter the outcome of an engagement.
Don’t overlook these skills, often referred to as ‘Tactical Gear’. At crucial moments, they can prove invaluable – either creating a strategic bottleneck or forcing an adversary back.
To keep things straightforward, let’s refer to them as peak skills, as they represent the strongest skills an operator can utilize.
Moving right along, let’s take a look at the top Operator Ultimates in Delta Force, and discover their amazing capabilities.
9. Stinger
Hive-Tech Pistol
Effect | Equips a Hive-Tech pistol that fires homing bullets at multiple targets, slowly healing allies and suppressing their pain. When aiming down sights, it locks onto a single target. |
---|
Many individuals are unaware that the Healing Pistol’s shot provides a minor movement increase, enabling you to maneuver more swiftly when needed.
Instead of relying solely on a single healing shot, consider asking your team’s Stinger for a quick burst-healing instead during combat situations.
The pistol performs remarkably well in two key areas: reviving health points (HP) and briefly alleviating fracture penalties. But keep in mind, these are its only abilities.
The fundamental characteristic is nurturing, meaning that if Stinger is not functioning, you won’t receive any healing at all, regardless of the source. While you can still utilize first aid kits to some extent, you’ll find yourself in a difficult position if you ever exhaust your supply.
8. Toxik
“Dragonfly” Swarm System
Effect | Release a swarm of UAVs that boost allies and disrupt enemies in their path. Allies hit to gain a temporary adrenaline boost, while enemies suffer temporary interference that distorts hearing, obscures vision, and reduces maximum HP. |
---|
I haven’t encountered an effective use of Toxik’s Dragonfly swarm in a rush yet, but it outperforms Stinger’s healing pistol in such situations. While this might seem like a specific comparison, the swarm is excellent for clearing corners or narrow passages.
Adversaries can easily be defeated as long as the UAVs aren’t eliminated, but this process typically takes a few seconds. If you’re not quick enough, they’ll recover. This quick recovery time is what I find frustrating about her ultimate ability. The window for error is narrow, and you need to act promptly when the opportunity arises.
7. Sineva
EOD Set
Effect | Equip a heavy EOD set and a full-body shield, reducing all damage taken. The shield’s attack can knock down enemies or reflect throwable objects. However, the viewing window of the shield can be destroyed. |
---|
Sineva’s End of Day (EOD) configuration stands out among other operators, as it integrates both offense and defense. In combat scenarios, I’ve utilized this shield to bolster rescue missions for my allies and maintain control over strategic points during Warfare mode. Yet, when the shield is activated, Sineva becomes exposed from behind.
In the latest update, the developers expedited the process of putting on the shield, making it smoother. However, after donning the shield, you need to be near enemies to knock them over.
If you’re not with them, it’s essential to find a secure location, as being apart could make you an easy target.
By mastering your defensive skills, you’ll find yourself well-equipped in tricky situations. However, keep in mind that this doesn’t make you invulnerable to harm. If an opponent manages to accurately throw a grenade your way, it could still knock you down.
6. Vyron
QLL32 Crouching Tiger
Effect | Fires a compressed air round that knocks down nearby enemies on impact |
---|
Man, I’ve got this love-hate thing going on with Vyron’s ultimate move. It’s like a wide-range shell that can smack enemies, sending them flying off their feet and making them easy targets for a follow-up push. But let me tell you, it’s a two-way street – one wrong move, and it could just as easily knock me back too!
When a knockback collides with a surface like a wall or an object, it could push you backwards; this is unlike enemy encounters that may leave you on the ground. Therefore, it’s more advantageous to precisely position the compressed air burst since it can cause a similar effect and potentially put you in a disadvantageous position.
In tight spaces or when aiming at mid-to-long-range targets, it might not perform optimally, but let me tell you, this thing truly shines! Otherwise, it’s simply outstanding.
5. Uluru
Loitering Munition
Effect | After aiming, it fires an image-guided loitering munition, which splits into four bombs on impact. When hip-fired, the loitering munition engages preset guidance. |
---|
It took me by surprise that an operator would possess the capability of image-guided loitering munitions for both attack and reconnaissance purposes. That’s how games often are, full of surprises. The same can be said about Uluru; it holds unexpected wonders too.
You don’t necessarily need to employ it for attacking enemies. Instead, because it reveals an area up to its destination, it can serve the purpose of gathering information about enemy locations as well.
In combat situations, this equipment performs exceptionally well. Interestingly, during non-combat operations, it’s often utilized for surveillance or reconnaissance tasks. It could indeed be a practical application.
4. Shepherd
Sonic Paralysis
Effect | Deploys a Sonic Drone to suppress enemies within a 30m radius, reducing their fire rate. It will destroy enemy sonic devices and interfere with recon devices. |
---|
No matter which gameplay style you choose, whether it’s Strategy or Tactics, you should always be mindful of the strategic bottlenecks. When controlled, without utilizing an Area of Effect ability or explosive device, they can be difficult to dislodge. This is why possessing a skill that covers a full corner is quite beneficial.
Use the Shepherd’s Sonic Paralysis ability, which will temporarily disable hostile players. This tool functions similarly to a recon gadget, allowing you to verify if any operatives have been subdued. Therefore, it’s quite beneficial in certain situations.
I view him as an overlooked tactician, as many fail to recognize his abilities in maintaining a position or area during the Operations mode.
3. D-wolf
Motorized Exoskeleton
Effect | Enables the wrist-mounted activator to overload the exoskeleton’s power, increasing sprint speed. Knocking down enemies restores HP and extends the duration. |
---|
D-Wolf is ideal for solo hunters as he can cover greater distances, cut off fleeing enemies, and quickly reach the extraction zone with his ultimate ability. Vyron, on the other hand, uses dashes effectively.
If you prefer instigating battles or circling around opponents, the wolf is your go-to choice, as it excels in initiating conflicts. Incorporate this ability with sliding maneuvers, and you’ll gain a substantial speed boost to swiftly approach your adversaries.
I find it more convenient to opt for D-wolf during solo play, as it allows me to bypass confrontations and evade opponents using his strategic equipment.
2. Luna
Detection Arrow
Effect | Fires a Detection Arrow that exposes enemies below and leaves micro-sensors to detect moving targets along its trajectory. The detection radius increases with height, reaching a maximum of 40 meters when fired from 10 meters. |
---|
It is crucial for every team to include skilled reconnaissance specialists; their abilities in information collection and analysis make them highly effective. I rarely come across teams not utilizing Luna or Hackclaw for these roles. In essence, having competent reconnaissance operatives ensures a tactical shooter team has the necessary intel gathering capabilities.
With Luna’s detection arrow encompassing a vast expanse, it allows you to spot the locations of opponents. Moreover, Luna’s Detection arrow serves to distinguish between real players and artificial intelligence bots, thereby facilitating adjustments in position or seeking cover more easily.
By adding a Volt arrow to your tactic, you can compel opponents to vacate a narrow passageway. What I find particularly intriguing about the Volt arrows is their unique ability to bounce off surfaces, similar to Sova’s arrows in Valorant. By estimating its path, you can mark enemies with it.
1. Hackclaw
Signal Decoder
Effect | Activates the decoder to periodically scan up to 6 enemy signals within 60m ahead, displaying their movement in your contact lenses. The close signal is highlighted in red and the enemy’s alert level increases as Hackclaw approaches. |
---|
As a dedicated gamer, I’d say it’s a neck-and-neck race between Luna and Hackclaw for the number one spot. But when it comes to Operations mode, Hackclaw really takes the lead, leaving Luna in its dust. The Warfare mode is certainly thrilling, but with so much action going on at once, it can sometimes leave me feeling a bit overwhelmed.
With Hackclaw, you have the ability to measure your opponent’s defense and signal for an attack, and she also equips you with knives to eliminate robots while maintaining a covert strategy without making any noise.
One aspect I particularly enjoy about Hackclaw is that it allows you to discern roughly where the enemy forces are positioned, enabling you to signal an attack in their direction. This is a key reason behind her effectiveness in starting team engagements.
