Delta Force Hawk Ops game modes explained

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting tactical shooters to add to my collection. So when I heard about Delta Force Hawk Ops and its upcoming closed alpha test, my interest was piqued.

Beginning July 18, Delta Force Hawk Ops, a no-cost tactical shooting game, enters its initial alpha phase, allowing players an early sneak peek at some upcoming game modes before the complete edition is unveiled.

During the playtest, not all maps will be accessible, but you can look forward to encountering additional maps as we progress further in the testing phase and with the full game launch.

During this initial phase of testing, called a closed alpha, access is limited to PC users. However, when the game officially launches, it will be playable on consoles and mobile devices as well.

All game modes in Delta Force Hawk Ops closed alpha

  • Hazard Operations
  • Havoc Warfare
  • Black Hawk Down

The first two game modes discussed previously are multiplayer types, introducing fresh weapon options never used in the series before. Unfortunately, the third mode, which is designed for individual players, won’t be accessible during the upcoming alpha test.

Hazard Operations

In Delta Force Hawk Ops, the Hazard Operations mode involves extracting a valuable item called the MandelBrick with a team of three players. However, carrying this loot exposes your location to all adversaries on the map. A simpler way to phrase it could be: During Hazard Operations in Delta Force Hawk Ops, work together with two other players to retrieve the MandelBrick, which holds desirable rewards. But remember, having it in hand makes you visible to every enemy on the map.

With the MandelBrick, you need to extract all the items you’ve gathered. If you’re caught during this process, you’ll only keep what’s in your safe-box, leaving behind everything else. This aspect is reminiscent of other extraction shooter games such as Gray Zone Warfare, Escape from Tarkov, and Call of Duty’s DMZ.

Two maps exist for this mode currently, however, an additional map might be introduced at a later time.

Starting July 18, we’ll kick off the Alpha testing phase for our PC game (🚨Exciting news!🚨). For more information and frequently asked questions, check out this link below.

Havoc Warfare

In a similar vein to Battlefield 2042 and Call of Duty’s Ground War mode, Havoc Warfare features squads of four, with each team consisting of thirty-two players. The objective is for both sides to engage in intense combat, vying for control over designated areas on the map.

In addition to the range of weapons at your disposal, you can also make use of various vehicles in the game such as helicopters and boats.

As a devoted fan, I can tell you that, similar to Hazard Operations, this game mode boasts two distinct maps. However, during the playtest phase, no new maps will be introduced.

Black Hawk Down

On the authentic Delta Force: Hawk Operations website, there’s information about a third mode called “Black Hawk Down.” However, please note that this is designed for solo play and can only be accessed on personal computers and gaming consoles. At present, it isn’t included in the beta testing phase but will be part of the complete edition.

The developers have shared that the storyline will delve into the winding alleys of Mogadishu, featuring intense nighttime fights and gunfights in narrow passages.

Based on what I’ve gathered, it seems this game shares the same title as one that came out in 2003. It appears to be a new take on that classic, possibly featuring updated graphics or mechanics. (as a fan, I can’t wait to see how they’ve improved upon the original!)
