Justice will be done.
In another location, Bosch and Maurice ‘Mo’ Bassi persist with their investigation regarding McShane, uncovering that he ran a different business prior to acquiring 30% ownership of Gallagher’s operation. This financial trail could potentially reveal McShane’s current location. Meanwhile, Chandler debates the Para case with the retired DA, Archer, and inquires about his opinion on its certainty. However, Chandler remains uncertain, as Para’s criminal actions deviate from the typical pattern of robberies at his past taco stands, which never resulted in murder. Furthermore, Para claims his innocence and has engaged a defense attorney to represent him.
In this scenario, Chandler shares with Bosch some recent video evidence about Para’s whereabouts before the murders, which was captured at Musso & Frank’s. The footage shows a drunken Para returning home while another sober man gets into his car and leaves. Chandler believes this proves that two different individuals were involved, and aims to clear Para’s name by convincing the jury of this fact. In other words, Chandler assigns the case regarding Para to Bosch for him to investigate and work on.

What Happens During Harry Bosch’s Investigation Into Robertson’s Murder In Bosch: Legacy?

In their investigation into Robertson’s murder, Bosch and Mo question several eyewitnesses. Meanwhile, Chandler communicates to his prosecution team that they can’t disregard the CCTV footage which could exonerate Para. Interestingly, it’s discovered that the CCTV cameras in the vicinity where Robertson was killed had been malfunctioning since 3am the day prior, leading them to believe this wasn’t a random crime. Simultaneously, Bosch pays Siobhan a visit and she expresses her intention to return to Dublin. In response, he admits his remorse for not having done enough for her.

In this scenario, Maddie and Vasquez uncover that Victoria is planning a clandestine encounter with an individual who utilized a disposable phone to avoid detection. Their covert observation leads to a startling revelation for Vasquez: her relative, Albert, appears to be connected to the series of home burglaries under investigation. Meanwhile, in the Gallagher murder case, Bosch and Mo discover that McShane’s business was struggling when he invested in Gallagher’s, and a court order is preventing them from accessing more details. However, the unsealing of federal files presents an opportunity for tech genius, Mo Bassi, to delve deeper into the case. Simultaneously, a new witness asserts that she spotted Para’s car departing around the time Robertson was slain, leading Chandler to speculate a potential link between this and the hiding place of the murder weapon. As things stand, Para seems destined for conviction. The episode concludes with Bosch confronting Chandler, revealing that Robertson wasn’t attempting to grab his gun but instead reaching into his back pocket to hand over his wallet to the masked assassin.
Robertson was assassinated.
