All Eyes on Me! Rewards
I remember the first time I saw Digimon Adventure – I was immediately obsessed with everything about it! But honestly, the part that really got me hooked was when Etemon appeared and we started seeing those first incredible Ultimate level Digivolutions. It was such a game changer!
I never imagined I’d eventually find myself relaxing in my old gaming chair, happily assisting an Etemon in the wonderful game, Digimon Story: Time Stranger.
When you get to the late stage of the game, a side quest called “All Eyes on Me!” will become available. Similar to other quests involving Hiroko Sagisaka and Dr. Kuga, the game won’t show you exactly where to go on the map. You’ll need to search around old Shinjuku and Akihabara as the ADAMAS agents to find this digital monkey.
Don’t worry, you won’t be tackling this alone! I’m here to guide you through finding all of Etemon’s Soul Bits in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and I’m doing it with Alphamon – no MetalGreymon needed!
Etemon’s Soul Bit #1
Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley

Let’s continue from the back alley behind Shinjuku. Good news – there’s an Etemon nearby! Make sure you battle it using DigiAttack for it to register. After that, head south to reach the shopping district.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #2
Shinjuku: East Shopping District

The next Etemon is nearby, at the grocery store. Defeat it, then take a taxi to Vision Square in Higashi-Shinjuku.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #3
Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square

Etemon will be performing in the town square, so defeat him using a Digital Attack to pop his bubble. Then, head down the stairs nearby.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #4
Shinjuku Underground Town: Subroad

You’ll encounter another powerful Etemon up ahead. Continue your journey by taking the path to the south.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #5
Marunonaka Line: Shinjuku Station

Swipe your metro card, go into the station, and head down the stairs. You’ll find this Etemon resting in the north area – I really hope I’m right about this!
Now return to the Subroad section and take the east exit to reach the Promenade.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #6
Shinjuku Underground: Promenade

Sucker punch this Etemon and immediately go east again.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #7
Shinjuku Station: East Gate

You’ll encounter another Etemon right away, so defeat it. Then, head to the metro and take it to Higashi-Shinjuku, specifically Second Avenue.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #8
Higashi-Shinjuku: Koshu-Kaido Intersection

Go a bit ahead to find an Etemon hanging from a tree.
Okay, so before I head to the next part of the game, I need to go north. There’s a guard in my way, but I spotted a coffee shop entrance just west of him. I’m gonna pop in there now.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #9
Higashi-Shinjuku: Coffee Shop

Etemon will be ordering a latte at the counter, so attack and disturb the public peace.
Exit the coffee shop and, from the top, pick the second west exit (not the stairs).
Etemon’s Soul Bit #10
Seibu-Shinjuku: Overbridge Intersection

Keep going forward to find an Etemon hanging inside the tunnel.
Keep running and exit through the northeastern path to reach the government building.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #11
Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building: Exterior

You’ll find Etemon outside the building, and he’ll either be supporting the government’s plans or speaking out against them – it’s up to you to decide which!
Pick the northeastern exit again to reach the Waterfall Plaza.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #12
Shinjuku Park: Waterfall Plaza

It’s a plaza with trees… yeah, he’s hanging in one of them again.
Head east again to reach the Community Forest. It’s strange, but you won’t find any monkey Digimon here. Your next step is to find and enter the underground waterway.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #13
Shinjuku Underground Waterway: South Block

Head back underground and defeat any weak Digimon you encounter along the way. Continue to the southeastern area to find Etemon.
The northeast exit is currently blocked, so you’ll need to exit the waterway and take a taxi back to Shinjuku: Back Alley. From there, use the manhole on the northeast side to get to the Waterway North Block.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #14
Shinjuku Underground Waterway: North Block

An Etemon can be found swimming in the clear water of this area. You’ll have to go around to get to it, though – the western entrance is blocked by a gate.
Once you destroy this one, keep going east to reach the Underground Reservoir.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #15
Shinjuku Underground Reservoir

Okay, so I found Etemon – he’s hanging out near the western exit at the top. Once I take him down, the quickest way to get out of here is through this place called the In-Between Theater, and then I can use a time jump to get back to Shinjuku. Seems like the way to go!
Now, grab a cab and go to Akihabara to find the last two Etemon’s Soul Bits.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #16
Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit

Head upwards until you discover Etemon enjoying himself like a typical Japanese tourist, right next to a maid café. That’s all, folks!
Exit through the north to reach Akihabara’s back alley.
Etemon’s Soul Bit #17
Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley

Head to that specific back alley—you’ll find Etemon parked where a cab should be.
Well done, Agent! You found them all. Return to the In-Between Theater to grab your rewards.
All Eyes on Me! Rewards

Once you enter the theater and step onto the carpet, you’ll unlock the ‘All Eyes on Me!’ bronze trophy and receive the standard rewards for side missions. You’ll also find a useful accessory, though it’s best suited for specific situations.
- 10,000 Reward Money
- 150 Anomaly Points
- Etemon’s Bling (Reduces damage from Virus Attribute Digimon by 30%.)
- x6 Friendship S
Etemon’s Bling equipment isn’t effective against all enemies, but it’s still quite helpful because many of the villains in Digimon Story: Time Stranger are the Virus type.
Honestly, this gear feels like a bit of a gamble to me. It’s only really useful if I *already* know what enemies I’m up against. If not, it just feels like a wasted slot that could be holding something way more helpful for most situations. I’d rather have something reliable all the time, you know?
