It’s been just over a month since Digimon Story: Time Stranger came out, and players who have finished the game are likely wondering about downloadable content. A recent leak appears to show which Digimon will be added to the RPG through its three planned DLC episodes.
As announced before, Digimon Story: Time Stranger will have a Season Pass with three downloadable content (DLC) packs. Each pack adds new story chapters and five new Digimon to the game. A special Digimon, the 16th, will tie all three DLC packs together. With these additions, the game will feature a total of 475 Digimon.
Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC Roster – All Digimon
Reddit user DNCodex discovered information about upcoming Digimon by analyzing data from the downloadable content. This data included plot spoilers for all three DLC packs, suggesting the information is accurate and not just placeholder content. While some details could still change, it’s unlikely. The game files strongly confirm the Digimon appearing in the first two DLCs (five each), but the third DLC is less certain. Omegamon X and Jesmon X are definitely included, but the other three Digimon for that DLC are less clear. They are still likely to be X-antibody forms, but were chosen from the leak because the files contained more information about them, making their inclusion probable, but not guaranteed.
- DLC 1: Omnimon Alter-S, BlitzGreymon, CresGarurumon, Omnimon Alter-B, Omnimon Zwart
- DLC 2: Omnimon Merciful Mode, BanchoLillymon, BanchoStingmon, BanchoGolemon, BanchoMamemon
- DLC 3: Omnimon X, Magnamon X, UlforceVeedramon X, Gallantmon X, Jesmon X
- 16th Digimon: Parallelmon
Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC Release Date
Bandai Namco hasn’t announced the exact release date for the DLC yet, but the pre-order page says all three packs will be available by September 2026. If released every 3-4 months, the first pack could arrive around December or January. While this isn’t confirmed, it gives players who haven’t finished the main story of Digimon Story: Time Stranger plenty of time to do so.
There’s still a lot to do in the game while we wait for the new DLC! Players can aim for Agent Level 8, unlock burst modes, tackle the hardest difficulties, finish all the outer dungeons in Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and more. No matter what you enjoy, there are plenty of ways to keep playing, and even more content is coming soon.
