Digimon Story: Time Stranger offers a lot to do already, and Bandai Namco plans to add even more content through downloadable updates in the future.
Collecting all the Digimon in the game will take time, especially since some require Digi-Eggs. Luckily, the game will continue to add even more Digimon through future updates, and these updates will also include new story episodes.

All Upcoming Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC & Release Windows
Digimon Story: Time Stranger will receive three downloadable content (DLC) packs, which are also included in the season pass. While they’ve been confirmed, a specific release date hasn’t been announced yet.
Players who purchase the Season Pass will receive three episodes (Episodes 1-3) next year. Bandai Namco has announced that all content will be available before September 30, 2026.
Right now, we don’t know the exact release dates for each new Episode Pack, or if they’ll continue releasing content for more than another year.

All Available Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC
Lots of extra content, called DLC, is already out for Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and much of it comes bundled with the Ultimate and Deluxe editions of the game.
The Episode Packs add new Digimon and story content, but most of the other downloadable content is purely cosmetic. There are a few exceptions, though – some DLC offer in-game advantages like extra items and currency, giving players a boost at the beginning of the game.
