Once you’ve successfully navigated past the obstacles of fire in the preceding tale within Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale, you’ll be ready to embark on the second Mythic Trial within Mythopia. Each trial presents a riddle that needs solving, and while there may have been more intricate puzzles in Disney Dreamlight Valley, completing this next story quest, the Promethean Flame, requires careful adherence to multiple steps. Here’s a guide on how to proceed through the trial and advance the narrative.

How to Complete the Mythic Trial

Step through the gateway for your next challenge. Pull the lever on the left side to lower the bridge, allowing access to Hades. He’ll share stories about Prometheus and guidelines for completing this task. To proceed, return all the torches to gain entrance to the bowl of decay in the center. Don’t forget to open the green chest before you begin solving the puzzle – it doesn’t help solve the riddle but offers a complimentary five-star meal as a reward.

To the left of Hades, you’ll find an unmanned brazier that you can engage with. Interacting with these stationary braziers will cause them to slide along the floor track. Once a brazier reaches its designated spot, it will ignite. Afterward, make your way to the right side of the chamber, descend the stairs, and pull the lever at the bottom to lower a bridge. Cross the lowered bridge, and then approach the wheel located behind the podium.

Use your Royal Watering Can to sprinkle water on this stand, which will trigger it and send a ray of light towards the next stand. Follow the beam of light and climb the stairs, then use the Royal Net on the device at the top to open the gate below. Go through the left gate and break the rocks. Interact with the dark brazier to make it move, then guide it to its destination by repeatedly interacting with it until it lights up, indicating you’ve reached the correct position.

After crossing the bridge, head left towards the opposite side. In the center of this area, you’ll find a rotatable platform that leads to a green chest housing a furniture pouch. Return to the unsolved puzzle on the left side. Locate some nearby rocks and break them, then use the lever to lower the bridge. Move behind the unlit brazier and utilize the lever again to lower another bridge.

Cross the bridge, water the gadget using the regal watering can, then grab the green treasure box located near it. At that point, you’ll be ready to shift the unlit brazier into place. After you’ve lit all three braziers, chat with Hades and then head towards the bowl of decay. Upon interacting with it, a scene will unfold, and you’ll exit the Trial. Finally, have a conversation with Hades once more to wrap up this story mission.
