Dispatch Update Just Fixed One of Its Most Annoying Problems

AdHoc Studio has resolved a frustrating problem in their popular game, Dispatch, now allowing players to unlock the Platinum Trophy. Dispatch, an episodic game where your choices matter, has been well-received by players who appreciate its story, characters, and impactful decisions.

The game Dispatch has quickly become popular, thanks to its talented voice cast featuring stars like Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, and Erin Yvette. This success led to a nomination for Best Debut Indie Game at the 2025 Game Awards in December. Despite being developed by a newer studio, AdHoc, the game had a few initial problems. The team is working to fix these, including a frustrating glitch that affected many players.

On November 19, 2025, AdHoc Studio released a small update that addresses some important issues for fans of their game, Dispatch. The game features a large number of trophies to unlock, and some require multiple playthroughs based on player choices. However, players soon found that the “H4ck3d by R0b3rt” trophy is currently broken, preventing it from unlocking even when all requirements are met. This bug is particularly frustrating for PlayStation players, as it also prevents them from earning the Platinum trophy.

Man, that hacking trophy in Dispatch was a real pain! It required a perfect run – no mistakes allowed. A lot of us were stuck and had been asking the developers to fix it, and they finally did in an update on November 19th! The best part is, if you already did all the hacking segments flawlessly, the trophy will just pop when you start the game or load your save. That means finally, anyone who’s 100%ed everything else can get that sweet Platinum trophy!

Just wanted to share that the latest update fixed that tricky “Min Max” achievement – now it should unlock when you level up a hero’s stat to 10 using a random point! They also added a really good safety feature to make sure we don’t accidentally lose our save files, and squashed a bunch of bugs that were causing crashes. It’s a great update overall!

Okay, so I’ve finished all eight episodes of Dispatch and, like everyone else, I’m already wondering what happens next! I saw that Pierre Shorette, one of the creators at AdHoc Studio, talked about a potential season two. He didn’t say ‘no’ to the idea, which is a good sign! Basically, Dispatch has been so popular that they’re definitely thinking about continuing the story, but they haven’t made any official announcements or promises yet. Fingers crossed, though!
