Regardless of how many zombies you manage to defeat, it seems like there’s an endless supply advancing towards you. It appears that you can’t outrun the unrelenting horde of the undead, and this is due to the fact that zombies respawn in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster.

The specific conditions for the zombie respawn feature aren’t fully understood, but it seems that additional ones might appear in an area if you momentarily look away or are occupied elsewhere.
