Hoopa is a type of Pokemon that was introduced in Generation 6 and resembles a Djinn or genie. Its primary form is known as Confined, but its true form is called Unbound. The Unbound form can be activated by using the Prison Bottle, transforming Hoopa into a six-armed bipedal creature that ranks among the largest Pokemon ever. In the game Pokemon GO, players encountered both the Confined and Unbound versions of Hoopa for the first time in 2021, with the Unbound version making its debut during the Mischief Unbound event.
On Saturday, February 15 (between 2 pm and 5 pm local time), Hoopa Unbound will make a comeback in Pokemon GO during the Raid Day event. During this period, trainers will find the Mythical Pokemon more often in five-star raids. This special occasion will grant players up to seven free Raid Passes when spinning photo discs at Gyms and as many as 20 Remote Raid Passes, enhancing your chances of participating. Keep in mind that the increased limit for Remote Raid Passes is only valid from February 14 at 5 pm PST until February 15 at 8 pm PST.

These benefits are only available on February 15, between 2 pm and 5 pm local time. The Pokemon GO Web Store will offer a Hoopa Unbound Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box for $4.99, which includes an event ticket and a bonus Premium Battle Pass.
In February, Hoopa Unbound comes back, adding another thrilling activity for Pokemon GO enthusiasts to participate in. Other events scheduled for the month include the Legendary Flight event on February 3, which introduces the Dynamax form of Kanto’s legendary birds. The Community Day with Karrablast and Shelmet is set for February 9, and the Pokemon GO Tour: Unova takes place from February 24 to March 2.
