In the Guarma Chapter 5 missions Savagery Unleashed, A Kind and Benevolent Despot, Hell Hath No Fury, and Paradise Mercifully Departed, only specific foes don the Sun Hat. The Sun Hat is seldom seen because Guarma, being an island, isn’t a place players can revisit (except through exploits not designed within the game’s intended experience).

You don’t need to gather the Letter from Caroline for the task assigned to Uncle Tacitus to be accomplished. It’s just a friendly heads-up to guide you directly to Shady Belle rather than Lakay, since players can bypass this collectible which might otherwise be challenging to notice.
1. Bounty Hunting
All Bounty Hunter Targets Must Be Completed in Chapter 5 or Before
