It hasn’t been confirmed yet which games will be playable at the Switch 2 Experience events. Given that the unnamed Mario Kart game shown in the reveal trailer is the only one we know about currently, it seems likely that this game will be available as a playable demo. But there are probably going to be more game announcements during the Switch 2 Direct event in April.
