Beerus is the God of Destruction for Universe 7 and, without a doubt, the strongest being in it. He’s held this power for millions of years because no one has ever been able to challenge him, making him a truly frightening foe.
Destroyer Gods are typically all very powerful, and it’s likely that even the weakest one is far stronger than any mortal being in the entire multiverse. Beerus is particularly strong – it’s been shown he could even defeat all the other Destroyer Gods at once – which makes him one of the most powerful characters in Dragon Ball. In the celestial order, Angels follow the Destroyers. They assist the Destroyers, ensuring they carry out their tasks, and even guide them. Interestingly, Angels are all highly skilled in Ultra Instinct, making them potentially stronger than the Destroyers they support.
Whis is arguably the most well-known of the Angels, serving Beerus in Universe 7. Angels generally don’t interfere in events, and simply follow instructions, but Whis is incredibly powerful. He’s demonstrated this by effortlessly defeating Beerus with one blow and even stopping the attacks of Moro – who was, at the time, the strongest villain in the series, far surpassing even a powerful fighter like Broly.
Grand Zeno Is The Lord Of The Multiverse

At the very peak of existence, there’s an incredibly powerful being named Grand Zeno, who even the Gods of Destruction fear. He’s known as the Great Destroyer, and he has the ability to completely wipe out entire timelines and universes with just a gesture.
Grand Zeno is unbelievably powerful. Unlike other fighters, he doesn’t need to train or learn special techniques – even Angels rely on things like Ultra Instinct. Zeno can instantly erase anything, no matter how large or complicated, without any effort or loss of energy, making him the strongest character in Dragon Ball.
