Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Bonus Battles Guide

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Bonus Battles Guide

As a long-time Dragon Ball Z fan, I can confidently say that the battles in this game are as exhilarating as they were back in my childhood. The fight against Beerus is particularly challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

In the game Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, there are two main modes: Episodes and Special Battles. The Special Battles consist of tasks designed by the creators featuring special situations. Finishing these tasks in Sparking Zero provides extra characters, Zeni, experience points, and Ability Items. For further information about the Special Battles, consult this Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Bonus Battles Guide.

In the game Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, players can expect to encounter 37 extra challenges known as Bonus Battles. Initially, some of these battles are locked and inaccessible. The majority of these battles require players to defeat their opponents to complete the mission. However, certain battles may necessitate fulfilling specific conditions in order to win. This guide for Dragon Ball Sparking Zero’s Bonus Battles will walk you through each mission with unique requirements.

As a hardcore Dragon Ball fan and gamer, dive into the thrilling world of Sparking Zero Episode Battles! Here, you’ll find comprehensive guides that unveil the intricate branching storylines and multiple endings for every character in this exhilarating game mode. Let the adventure unfold!

Master Roshi’s Training

In the Sparking Zero Bonus Battle, you’ll be teaming up with Kid Goku under the tutelage of Master Roshi. To emerge victorious, you need to demonstrate your training effectively. This can be achieved by carefully heeding Master Roshi’s instructions throughout the battle. He will guide you on which powerful or ultimate move, as Kid Goku, should be used against him to defeat Master Roshi and claim victory in this encounter.

Welcome to Frieza Force!

In Sparking Zero’s Bonus Battle, it’s me against Nappa-conquering every character from Frieza Force: Frieza Force Soldier, Cui, Dodoria, Zarbon, and finally, the big boss himself, Frieza. But here’s the catch – I can’t unleash my Ultimate Attack on Frieza! If I do, he’ll get all worked up and obliterate the planet. Instead, if I hold back and show him my skills, he might be impressed enough to recruit me into his Frieza Force!

Body Change Turns the Tables!

In the ZeroBnus Battle featuring Sparking, players initially find themselves in a weakened state as Ginyu, having been challenged by Frieza. To emerge victorious, players must execute Ginyu’s signature move, Body Change. Completing this mission swiftly can be achieved by using Fighting Pose 5 (SP), which is performed by simultaneously pressing R2/RT and the Up Arrow on the directional pad. This action boosts your energy level, enabling you to unleash your Ultimate Move.

In other words, while Frieza has the ability to instantly defeat you right now, be cautious and prepare to block. After transforming your body, your objective is to defeat Frieza by controlling Ginyu’s body, but remember that Frieza currently occupies Ginyu’s actual body. This mission will be accomplished when you succeed in this switch of bodies.

Late-Onset Madness

In this Special Fight, your goal is to vanquish Goku while playing as Vegeta, but you’re restricted from using any energy-based techniques like Ki blasts. Instead, focus on landing punch and kick combinations to triumph over Goku without resorting to Super or Ultimate moves, transformations, or activating Sparking! Mode. Good luck with your combat strategy!

A Battle of Speed! Defeat Beerus!

In the Zero Bonus Battle between Vegeta and Beerus, Vegeta approaches Beerus for training, but Beerus warns that if he becomes bored, he’ll swiftly defeat Vegeta – and he means it! To maintain Beerus’ interest, you must inflict substantial damage on him every 30 seconds to prevent his boredom from leading to your quick defeat. If he grows tired, he can easily end the battle with a single powerful blow.

As a dedicated fan, I’d say, “Alright, how do I take down Beerus? The key is to keep him under constant pressure – essentially, don’t let him catch his breath! Starting as regular Vegeta, aim to unleash as many combos as you can until you can trigger Sparking Mode. Once activated, go all out with a Final Flash to bring him down!

After gathering extra Skill Points, switch to Super Saiyan Vegeta and resume attacking Beerus once more. But during combat, Beerus also regenerates his health and gains additional life bars. When an opportunity arises, change back into Sparking Mode, execute Sparking Combos until you deplete all your remaining Ki, then unleash your ultimate ability.

By utilizing transformations, you’ll gain boosts to your attacks, so it’s wise to turn into Super Saiyan God Vegeta and maintain your combos. Remember, though, you’ll need to switch back into Sparking Mode, deal as much damage as you can, and then unleash the Ultimate.

In this battle, the Super Dragon Dash is a handy technique to use since Beerus tends to dodge around. This move allows you to swiftly cover ground quickly. To execute the Super Dragon Dash, press and hold R2/RT and tap X/A twice. This causes Vegeta to dash forward at high speed, landing directly behind Beerus.

Another thing you should keep in mind is the dialogue; if Beerus says he is getting bored, you are getting sloppy, and you need to increase the speed at which you are inflicting damage. If he acknowledges Vegeta’s strength, you are on the right track. This is a difficult battle and might require a couple of retries.

God vs. God

In the special Bonus Battle, Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Whis team up to confront Black and Zamasu. The goal is to defeat both Zamasu and Black, but only Vegeta and Goku can be used in the fight. While it’s okay to include Beerus, he should not deal excessive damage as that could lead to losing the battle.

As a gamer, I find myself in a tough spot because Whis has informed Beerus at the onset of our mission that Gods of Destruction can’t interfere with time. That means it’s up to Goku and Vegeta to save the day. We should push them to their absolute limits, taking down Black and reducing Zamasu’s health to the last bar, or even better, defeating him outright. If we manage to get to the final health bar, Beerus can step in and finish off Zamasu, securing our victory. However, using Beerus before then might lead to our defeat, as he could cause more damage than necessary.

In Search of Powerful Rivals: Conclusion

There are two endings to this Sparking Zero Bonus Battle. In the first ending, players need to survive long enough in front of Beerus, and he will switch out with Goku, who will then fight Cell in his base form. However, if you can defeat Beerus quickly, a new ending will be triggered, where Goku will come and battle Cell in his Mastered Ultra Instinct form.
