As a longtime Dragon Ball fan, I can hardly contain my excitement for Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero, especially with the announcement of new fighters coming through DLC packs! The trailer for Season Pass DLC 2 was simply mind-blowing, showcasing characters like Glorio and a mini Vegeta that have me eager to jump back into the game.
Initially, Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero debuted with approximately 180 characters to battle; however, additional ones are yet to be introduced. Similar to many modern fighting games, this title is expected to offer a Season Pass, which will likely include new characters being added to the player roster.
Today, Bandai Namco unveiled a trailer offering a sneak peek at Content Pack 2 for the season pass, giving players an idea of the upcoming additions to their fighting game over the coming months, including fresh combatants.
Who Are the Confirmed Fighters Incoming for Sparking! Zero?
The characters revealed in the trailer include:
- DLC 1: Gamma 1, 2, and more characters
- DLC 2: Glorio, Vegeta (mini) and more
- DLC 3: To Be Revealed
From the names listed, they’re all characters from Dragon Ball Z: Daima. For those who might not be familiar with the series, it is the fifth installment in the anime franchise and presents a younger version of the usual cast of characters. Naturally, there are a few characters still unveiled, and it’s likely that updates for fixing bugs, adjusting character balance, and similar changes will coincide with the release of DLC content.
