Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Receives New Trailer at Gamescom 2024

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt and a lifelong Dragon Ball fan, I must say that the latest trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero has got me absolutely hyped! The Buu Saga to the Universe Tournament saga, all represented in one game? Count me in!

At the opening night of Gamescom, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero introduced a fresh character trailer, focusing on significant characters from the Buu Saga up to the Universe Tournament arc. You can watch the new trailer here.

In the latest trailer for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, we’re given a glimpse of additional fighters joining the game, as well as some narrative scenes. Characters from every Saga are showcased in this new trailer, with popular figures like Beerus, Bardock, Trunks, Hercule, Kefla, and numerous others making an appearance during Gamescom’s opening night live stream.

In the newest Dragon Ball Sparking Zero Gamescom trailer, players can anticipate witnessing both classic and fresh story sequences. A notable scene showcases Goku guiding Teen Gohan to transform into a Super Saiyan within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Additionally, we catch a glimpse of unprecedented scenarios like adult Gohan engaging in combat with a transformed Goku.

On October 11, 2024, the new Dragon Ball game titled “Sparking Zero” will be available for purchase on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and personal computers through Steam.

Previous previews of Dragon Ball Sparking Zero have shown characters from the Saiyan, Namek, and Android story arcs. Following the latest trailer, only characters from the Super Series are left in the main narrative. Some fans speculate if Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero will incorporate characters from the GT saga and non-canon films, as they were present in previous Budokai Tenkaichi installments. Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam on October 11.
