It seems like the showrunners have a knack for introducing new forms just when we think we’ve seen it all, only to never mention them again.

Initially, Frieza exhibited two different transformations, each boosting his power enough to instill terror in the Z Warriors. The second metamorphosis bore a resemblance to his father, while the third seemed inspired by Toriyama’s interpretation of the fearsome Xenomorph design from Alien.

Following a brutal assault by Lord Slug, the Namekian’s harsh remarks triggered an intense fury within Goku, propelling him to an unprecedented level of strength and assume a False Super Saiyan form. Although he didn’t sport the characteristic golden hair, his radiant golden aura left no doubt that Goku’s power had reached unparalleled heights at this stage.

Interestingly, no one from Zarbon’s species is seen again following this event, suggesting that Vegeta’s Monster Form might have also been a transformation that was never used or mentioned again.

In Dragon Ball Super, I find myself once more battered and bruised, but this time, my fury erupts like never before, leading me to unleash a new transformation. This metamorphosis pushes my strength nearly to the level of those Saiyans who have unlocked divine transformations. Unfortunately, the details behind this new form remain shrouded in mystery, as it’s barely explored after the Future Trunks saga, adding yet another enigma to the intricate tapestry of this captivating storyline.
