Although EA FC 25 doesn’t launch until September 20 in early access, the first batch of Premier League Player of the Month nominees have been revealed and you can help decide the winner.
This season, Ultimate Team is primed to feature an abundance of special cards yet again. Promotions such as Road to the Knockouts have already been hinted at before they officially start, and with the Premier League back in action, you’ll have the chance to contribute to selecting each month’s top player – a distinction that comes with a one-of-a-kind in-game Squad Building Challenge (SBC) reward.

This exceptional Norwegian striker scored an impressive seven goals in only three matches to propel Manchester City to the top of the league. Close behind on goal difference is Liverpool, and their prominent figure, Mo Salah, also receives recognition for his contribution to six of their seven goals this season.
In other news, Danny Welbeck from Brighton has been added as well, following his contribution of two goals that helped propel the team to third place within their initial two matches.

How to vote for EA FC Premier League POTM
- Head to the official EA Sports Player of the Month website.
- Select ‘View nominees’ under the Premier League logo.
- Hover over the player you want to vote for.
- Click ‘Vote now.’
- Keep an eye on the Premier League and EA Sports social channels for the winner to be announced.
After tallying all the votes, the victor will be unveiled on EA Sports’ official platforms. Subsequently, this player will be awarded a unique Player of the Month (POTM) card Special SBC in EA FC 25, with enhanced statistics. Fans can acquire this card by completing the Squad Building Challenge.
Yet, it’s important to note that Electronic Arts (EA) has not yet officially declared if the winner in August will be awarded an SBC, since the game release is scheduled for late September.
In FIFA 24’s EA FC 24, James Maddison from Spurs was awarded August’s recognition and shortly followed by a SBC (Squad Building Challenge) being made available as soon as the Ultimate Team servers were activated. Previously though, the first Player of the Month card for the Premier League wasn’t issued until the winner for September had been declared.
