EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team | What’s new to the mode?

As a dedicated fan of football and EA Sports FC series, I am thrilled to share my thoughts on the exciting new features and improvements coming to Ultimate Team (UT) in EA Sports FC 25. Having spent countless hours immersed in UT, I can’t help but be impressed by the developers’ commitment to listening to community feedback and enhancing our gaming experience.

In EA Sports FC 25’s Ultimate Team mode, developers have introduced modifications that cater to avid players who invest vast hours in the game. These adjustments are based on community suggestions, aiming to enhance accessibility and simplify management of certain UT features. Additionally, a new cooperative Rush mode is being added for players to enjoy together, while FCIQ takes on more importance. Here’s a closer look at all the major improvements and modifications coming to EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team this year.

Rush in EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team

As a fan, I’m thrilled to share that in Rush, I can bring my favorite player into the game and team up with three friends for an immersive football experience. We’ll collaborate to achieve rewards in our four-person lobby. If I don’t have enough friends, the game will find me compatible players from around the world to join.

Player Roles

In simpler terms, FCIQ and the tactical shifts in EA Sports FC 25 have been explained. These modifications are being implemented in Ultimate Team through each player card featuring specific roles based on real-life statistics from Opta. For those who prefer not to customize their team’s tactics, they can let the manager take control, resulting in gameplay according to the manager’s preferred style.

Community feedback

As an avid fan of EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team, I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates that EA has announced in response to our community feedback. These adjustments might seem small, but they’ll significantly enhance our gaming experience. Here are the key improvements we can look forward to:

  • Storage for duplicates – players will be able to send up to 100 duplicates to squad-building challenge storage as well as the transfer list.
  • Changes to evolution cards – Evolutions feature a new upgrading system, and there will be new cards available to evolve throughout the season. Not only that, but players will be able to customise their evolution cards with new animations, background colours, fireworks, and sound effects.
  • Friendly matchmaking – players can now participate in friendlies, where the results won’t impact their ranking.
  • Revamped points system – players will get three points for a win and one for a draw. Checkpoints will be reduced across divisions, with relegations occurring between divisions for a differentiation between rank and rewards available.
  • Bigger away section in friend’s stadiums
  • Season Passes are combined – no matter where you are completing your objectives, be it in UT or career, progress has been merged so that rewards can be earned collectively.
